the property was clean, the property was very quite so peaceful and also very close to sea, aqua park restaurants and taxi station as well and also a massive swimming pool.

A great accommodation in wonderful surroundings.

The housekeeper was waiting for us in front of the complex. She guided us through the area, which is a beautiful oasis with tropical plants and 2 huge pools in the middle. There are more than a hundred apartments in the area, but it was still very quiet with few guests. The apartment is located on the first floor of a 4-apartment building with a front terrace, a large living room, a well-equipped kitchen, a spacious bathroom with laundry facilities, and a bedroom with garden views. Extremely quiet, we didn't hear the neighbors. The owner kept in touch with us to find out what we needed. All in all, we had a very pleasant week and would love to return to Oasis Tamarindo at other times.

The beds were comfortable but squeaked a little. One of the two pools (as we learned) has been under renovation for a long time, so it was not usable. This somewhat spoiled the overall picture. The other was enough for us, as it was also used by extremely few.

Wonderful Stay in Corralejo

This is one of my favourite apartments I’ve stayed in- everything you could possibly need is there- right down to coffee and washing detergent! The apartment itself is a lovely size and very comfortable. We particularly enjoyed the large corner sofa in the lounge- perfect for relaxing after a busy day exploring. The kitchen is perfectly equipped to make dinners; although we mainly just had breakfast or prepared lunch and eat out in town. Corralejo itself is a fantastic town- if you are into water sports (surfing, kitesurfing, windsurfing) then this is the place for you- there are also plenty of hikes nearby and little beaches to relax. You can hire bikes nearby, although they are a little pricey at 20 euros a day- however gorgeous bikes if you are into road cycling or mountain biking. The apartment is situated slightly out of the main town- I would say a 15 minute walk to the main road where the majority of shops, restaurants and bars are... this then leads down to the port. It’s a lovely walk and you can go past each of the beaches so it’s no problem. Additionally, surrounding the property are a few gems including Secreto de Sur (a great cafe with lovely juices, cakes, ice creams etc), Nico’s Belgium Beers (very popular with expats), a supermarket and some fab shops- so although not in the centre there is plenty around. We were met at the property by Morgana who was so incredibly helpful and checked on us throughout our stay to see if we needed anything. Can’t recommend this apartment enough!
