The Sierra River House is the best place to relax after a long day at the Sequoia & Kings Canyon Parks. The House is in Three Rivers, CA - 5 min to the Sequoia National Park. The custom windows are large throughout the home offering the most wonderful views of Mountains, River, Moro Rock and Woodland. There are River and Mountain views from every room in the home. Our Riverfront Home is perched on the river's edge, offering spectacular views from every room and lounging deck overlooking the river. You will wake up to amazing views of the Kaweah River right out the bedroom windows. The home is approximately 2000+- sqft., but feels even much larger due to the large cathedral ceilings. This Home was newly Remodeled and it has All New Modern Furnishings from the couches, tables, beds, chairs. It has all the amenities - WiFi, Smart TV, and satelite spectrum cable. It has 3 Bedrooms and 2 Bathrooms. The Kitchen has new Quartz countertops, and new Stainless Steal Appliances. The House has central AC/Heat. It also has a washer and dryer. Relax in the Sierra River House with the comfort of knowing that everything you need it there. Please also note that we do have exterior cameras to protect our property as no one lives on site. Game room:: Garage is turned to a Game Room with ping pong table and pool table. This house is absolutely amazing and will offer your family and friends unforgettable memories. The River:: The Kaweah River is beautiful all year round. Like all natural rivers the Kaweah Rivers has high seasons and low. In the spring and early summer it is high enough for white water rafting. As summer wanes the river slows and lower but never dries up. We are fortunate to have a river that is year round so you will always enjoy the soothing sounds of the river. Children must be chaperone at all time especially near the river. Please be cautious of current, especially during winter and early spring. The Outside:: The house sits about 2 miles from the entrance of the Sequoia National Park, and just a couple minutes to the downtown area of Three Rivers. The home sits on 1.63 private acres of beauty and tranquility. Stargazing is a must during late evening and night time. This is truly a nature lovers paradise. Three Rivers town has it all. There are plenty of areas to hike, bike, fish, and swim; and during the summer months, world-class white-water rafting and kayaking. We thoroughly enjoyed our week-long stay at this beautiful property. It’s true—this home is nicer than the photos indicate.
The large living room windows afford a clear view of the river running outside, as well as the trees and mountains behind it. At night, we turned off the lights and enjoyed the hundreds (perhaps even thousands) of stars overhead.
We will definitely book Srey’s property again when we visit Sequioa & King’s Canyon again.

Absolutely amazing property with a beautiful view of the river. We loved the proximity to The Sequoia National Park. It has all the amenities of home, we had fun with the recreation activities in the garage, good for the younger adults in the group. The hostess was very responsive and had great communication with us. If in the area again, we would rent this property again. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! Thank you

We usually do an annual camp trip in Three Rivers. Decided to switch it up and rent a home. This house was perfect! It was clean, comfortable, beautifully decorated, and waterfront! We enjoyed several home cooked meals, floating in the river, hiking the nearby national park, and visiting local restaurants. The game room was so much fun with the pool table, ping pong table and video games! Srey was amazing, top notch host! She was in constant communication with us from start to finish, ensured all our needs were met. Srey provided all the information we needed from driving directions, local hot spots, events, and safety matters. We had such an awesome experience, we can't wait to do it again!

Well hidden, well laid out place with absolutely lovely outdoor gardens leading to the river below. Just gorgeous. The place had everything and ridiculously close to the Sequoia Nat’l Park. Instructions were beyond expectations. We enjoyed and would have stayed longer simply to explore the area, it was so pretty.

Our family had a great time staying at the river house, it was our base to explore Sequoia National Park. Srey was great communicating throughout the entire process, proving timely road conditions in the national park. The house is amazing, with the river flowing in the back, to old school arcade games entertaining the kids for hours. Our only regret was not spending a lot of time outside due to the heatwave, but glad the house had working AC. The house was well appointed and comfortable for the 7 of us to relax and enjoy the views and sounds of the river!

Very informative and helpful about the area, and so easy and quick to communicate with (though, not actually from the house as there wasn’t great cell service). Highly recommend!

Really impressed with this property. It was beyond our expectations. Perfect for exploring the National Parks nearby. Communication with the Property Manager was extremely useful and helpful; lots of local information, smooth check in/check out. No issues at all. The property was very well equipped, very spacious with amazing river views! We also enjoyed the garage games room after a day of hiking.

We had such a great thanksgiving break at this house. The view from the living room is absolutely beautiful. The house was spotless and well stocked. The host was thorough and friendly. Highly recommend especially if you’re visiting sequoia.

This property was clearly well maintained and very well located for our excursion into Sequoia. We had a minor problem with the TV which turned out to be "user error" and was quickly responded to by the property manager.
AND, a bear decided to show up on the driveway! We were too excited and no one got photos but it was still a fun sighting.

This property was even better than the pictures online. It’s was the perfect place to relax after a long day at the National Parks. The river in the backyard was beautiful. We loved the ping pong and pool table in the garage. It was the perfect location, just minutes away from the entrance of the park.

Nice stay on the river, near Sequoia park
Great house, very consistent with photos! Love the deck looking out at the river and the little rocky "beach" we were able to walk down to where my kids could wade in the water. Beautiful big windows looking out at the river. The kitchen was nicely stocked. The owner was very easy to communicate with and helpful in providing a lot of information about the area. The house is just a few minutes from the entrance to Sequoia national park as well as easy driving distance to establishments in Three Rivers and Kaweah lake. Also with an infant I appreciated that the house was generally fairly baby safe with not too much trouble a crawling baby could get into!

It does not get any better!! Super close to the park entrance, but the back porch and the river are your own private park!!! Loved this location, and we will 100% be back. Srey was amazing to communicate with and we felt so taken care of. It's even more beautiful in person! :) Thank you, Srey!

After long days exploring Sequoia National park this was the perfect place to relax and soak our sore feet in the chilly waters of the Kaweah river. The house is wonderful, with views of Moro rock from the living room. I was so glad there was WiFi because all of our phones had no service.

It’s a lovely home, even nicer in person than the pictures. River is accessible which was great. House is well kept and was very clean. It has a game room too. Home is close to Sequoia park entrance as well as the local restaurants. And the host is great. She is very responsive and helpful. We enjoyed our stay. Will definitely come back and recommend to others.

Oh my goodness, this home is amazing. Even more gorgeous in person than in the photos. Spotless, beautiful, spacious, and so comfortable. The quiet—except for the sound of river right out your window—was lovely for us city slickers. Our stay was too short. This was my favorite VRBO stay to date. Thank you!

All as advertised and shown in photos. Owner very easy to work with and very helpful. River is lovely and lots of interesting rocks and nooks and crannies to clamber around on. House very clean and easy to use. No noise from the road, and super close to the Sequoia Park entrance. Beds are comfortable. Open and full of light. Would stay again.

Extremely Relaxing
This property was everything that was listed. The game room was a hit, the kitchen provided all needed essentials. The windows allowed you to feel like you were outside all the time. The decks were perfect. The only thing we were a little bummed out about was how fast the river flowed at your entrance point. It was hard to walk to other spots where it was slower because of the large rocks. Other than that it was perfect!

My family greatly enjoyed our 3 night stay at the Sierra House in Three Rivers. The house was in immaculate condition. Very efficient, and most of all, very transparent to the river which was a very important feature for us. The architecture and design of the house greatly enhanced our exposure to the river, making us feel like we were always in front of the river. The rushing and babbling noise of the river, the cute stone-studded walking path leading down to the river, the beautiful deck patio overlooking the river, the gorgeous gigantic windows allowing pristine views of the river all contributed to a most charming experience for every member of our family. Can't wait to come back! Thank you for paying such careful attention to detail. Needless to say, the gameroom was a hit with my kids and the utilities in the home were superb. Another rare plus with this property was the abundance of towels.

We have stayed in many places in Three Rivers. This property stand outs the best of all for several reasons.
1- Location: was one of the best properties with nice view of the river. Probably the closest property you will get to the river and close to the park
2- Property: The property is very clean, beautiful and has amazing views of the outside and river. Amenities were great kids loved the games
3- Property owner: Easiest communication ever done with property manager and the willingness to make you happy. Available at anytime to answer your questions, very caring to accommodate you with your needs.
