Located in El Jebel, this attractive house for $349 per night is a great choice for your next break. Enjoy the view of the Mountain range and valley below. Sit out on your deck and watch the stunning sunrise on the peaks or enjoy the dramatic sunset from your jacuzzi or around the fire pit on your patio. ***Rates are based on 4 people per night. Each additional person of any age is $59.00 per night. Discounts are worked into rates. Spectacular Unobstructed Views of Elk Mountain Range and Sopris Mountian! Strictly Enforced-NO Drone flying allowed. *** ***Stays over 7 days require interim/additional cleaning cost of $199 per wk.*** Located on almost 3 acres, this charming 3 bedroom all King beds with Comfy Sheets and 3 1/2 bath has a great floor plan for family and friends. 3 levels with two Bedrooms upstairs, one on lower level The lower level has a huge family room and makes a great space for entertaining, with Smart cable TV and game table area, games provided. • Stays over 7 days require an interim cleaning cost of $199.00 for every 7 days. • We do provide a basic starter kit of Toilet Paper & Paper Towels with some laundry detergent and dish soap. Extended stays will need to refresh their supplies. The main floor is perfect for gathering or entertaining including kitchen, dining and cozy living room. Upstairs is the master suite with newly remodeled bathroom. Two more bedrooms are perfect for a family or even an office. The lower level includes a large den that makes for a great separate space for entertainment. Also, a private, spacious fourth bedroom and bath. Enjoy the wonderful garden and do the ''real'' farm to table! The Town of Carbondale is located in the Roaring Fork Valley, downstream from Aspen and upstream from the mouth of the Roaring Fork River at Glenwood Springs. The town proper sits on the south bank of the river, at the confluence of the Crystal River. Carbondale's horizon is dominated by the 12,953 ft tall Mount Sopris several miles to the south of town. Willits Shopping Center is just down the road with Whole Foods and other restaurants like Mezaloona's, Fahrenheit Spa, Capital Creek Micro Brewery and much, much more. River Valley Ranch and Ironbridge Golf Courses are nearby. We remain committed to upholding the highest standards of cleanliness and have taken an extra level of sanitary precautions so you can feel at ease during your stay. The below effective response measures are helping us continue to provide a safe and clean environment for all: *We use disinfectant in the washer when we wash linens *We disinfect all touch points possible—door knobs/handles, commode handles, microwaves/coffee makers, lamp switches, light switch plates, etc. *Also use a UV C light to pass over bed linens, commodes, touch points

House was easy to find and easy to enter. We appreciated the well stocked kitchen for a little cooking. Did a couple loads of laundry while there. Views of Sopris and meandering Elks Range are spectacular. Bedrooms were comfortable and clean. House is right above our friends place so location was perfect for us. 25 to 40mins to the different ski resorts. Hominy is a great little restaurant right down the hill in El Jebel while Willits supplies groceries and beverages. Would stay again!

What a beautiful home rental!! The views were spectacular! Every morning we enjoyed the views and coffee on the deck. Loved looking through the binoculars in search of wild life. One day we returned to house to see some deer in the yard. The house was comfortable and clean. The beds slept very comfortably. We enjoyed the hot tub in the evenings. I can't say enough about our stay. We visited Glenwood Springs, Carbondale (White House Pizza YUM), and Aspen.

This is a beautiful home in an ideal location for winter and summer activities around the Aspen area with striking views of Mt Sopris and the Elk Mountain range. The furniture is comfortable and classy. The beds are great. The kitchen is stocked with quality cookware and bakeware; we had everything we needed for cooking. Carol is very quick and responsive to inquiries. The living areas are spread out over the three floors so individuals or couples can find their own private space. The home was clean. It is a great find!

WOW! We've been looking for a Roaring Fork Valley getaway for quite some time to do some fly fishing and cycling. This home is in the ideal spot between Carbondale and Basalt. It is beautifully maintained - one of the most well-kept and clean homes we've ever rented. Extremely peaceful and quiet. We enjoyed meals at the dining table looking out at Mt. Sopris and being greeted on several mornings by deer in the front yard. Owner was very responsive with all of our communications, and a slight plumbing problem was handled very swiftly with total concern about not inconveniencing us during our stay. We are already looking at our 2023 calendar for another - longer - stay.

We booked this property as a last minute trip to escape the unrelenting Texas Heat! It was the perfect location, close to Aspen, Carbondale, and Basalt. Additionally the grocery store was a short trip away! Ohhhhhh the views are spectacular!!! A nice cup of coffee on a brisk morning with Mt Sopris looming in the background was like a Norman Rockwell painting!! The Wildlife around the property was astounding, every day was something different, mule deer, chipmunks, eagles, and hummingbirds! The hot tub was terrific and was perfect after a day of hiking, and combine it with the night sky and you have a perfect ending to the day! We’ll definitely be back!!!

Our stay was lovely. The views are gorgeous. The place in in good condition. There was a plumbing issue the last day that was immediately responded to in the exact way you'd want it to be while on vacation. We would stay again in a heartbeat!

Lots of space in this three level house. Very nicely decorated and comfortable. Great Deck and gorgeous views of the mountains. Quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Would not hesitate to stay here again. However, not a good place to stay if a person has trouble with stairs since three of the bedrooms are on the third level and the TV and one bedroom is downstairs in the lower level.

This is a lovely home to spend time with family or friends on the outskirts of Aspen with terrific mountain views. A spacious, well-appointed home, with a large kitchen, expansive deck and a terrific hot tub. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Nice house very spacious and comfortable. Amazing outdoor views. Conveniently located ~30 min away from ski slopes, near a wholes food yet in a quiet and calm location.
Owner is responsive and flexible.
Really no downside - the only minor thing was that some of us found the jacuzzi temperature to be a tad low, but owner tried to help right away.

This is the house we love to stay at when visiting the Aspen area. I have already written a review from past stays and the home is exactly the same as always. Well maintained. Perfect for our family.

We had a lovely stay here for our second time visiting. The view is beautiful and the house is very homey. Only issues we had was a bathroom trash can had not been emptied and a few windows were left open and a few bugs got in the house. Overall not a big deal, as they just seemed like oversights rather than neglect of the owner or manager. Would stay here again if we head back to that area.

Surprisingly closer to town than I expected. Can't say enough about the view, layout, and hot tub. Beds were amazing!
Even during a heat wave without AC is wasn't a problem. Big huge windows easily opened in all rooms to let air flow nice. Was actually cold at night during 95 degree day.

This property is the complete package. Beautiful views, privacy, nice furnishings, wildlife. My immediate family and my brother stayed here for our family reunion visit. Plenty of room for everyone and a nice kitchen and dining area. Close to Carbondale, Basalt and Glenwood Springs! I would definitely stay again.
