Convience to center with a quite courtyard setting

Very close to center of Lisbon, the tram was right outside of property and in walking distance to all restaurants that were recommended to us. We Loved enclosed condos in a courtyard setting as it was very quite a night when retiring to bed. Garage was a plus even though we did not need parking after all.

Good location for tourists

The apartments have a special location. The famous Tram 28 is right outside the door. Right nearby is the iconic Yellow Funicular. There is a grocery store next to the house and small restaurants for breakfast or dinner. Access by car is complicated as there are no street parking spaces and you will have to park directly on the tram line. This is not exceptional in this area, parking in Lisbon's Old Town is a challenge everywhere. The apartments are cozy, modern and have a large seating area. Bathroom with two washbasins, windows closed with external blinds. The air conditioner works properly.

This apartment is newly renovated but has problems with mould. The walls in the apartment and the corridors are contaminated with it.

Peaceful oasis in bustling city

Fantastic location, peaceful surroundings in a secure compound. On-site parking was great recommend small car if driving. Great communication with contact Almundena who met us on arrival. She gave us a fantastic run-down of the best to see and do in Lisbon ( even walked us to a shop in the rain to help us buy Metro tickets) Also gave us some not to be missed local gems in lisbon and sintra .

A great find in Lisbon

The apartment was beautiful and set in a wonderful complex off the main street. It is spacious and relaxing. The location is perfect for exploring Bairro Alto, Alfama and surrounding areas. It's easy to get to pretty much anywhere for sightseeing.

The perfect locations with the mould surprise inside 😣

Our family liked the location the most. There is a garage lot, which was very useful in the centre of the city. the appartment is inside the building area with its own yard+garden— that’s why it’s not noisy at all. расположение 👍🏻, тишина 👍🏻, свое место в подземном гараже 👍🏻

The tragic was when we first came inside there was a disgusting smell of MOULD which I’m allergic to and it’s not healthy at all 😭 we had no time to change the appartments. we spent time with our friends and in Lisbon (one of the most beautiful cities). we came back only to have some sleep. so MOULD is in both rooms, and it smells…. some more uncomfortable points: there are almost all coat hangers of a child size The water drains in bathroom basins and a shower is clogged and drains very slowly.

good stay at a good location but management can substantioally improve the property with small changes

location, seclusions, size

spring mattress, no black out drapes in the bedroom. the night light is on and off throughout the night. no shampoo.

Superb

The host was very friendly and supportive. The apartment is located in amazing location - good for city walking and just next to tram No.28 stop, which could bring you to almost every sightseeing location, very convenient onsite parking (garage). Access to apartment is from the very beautiful landscaped courtyard, therefore the street noise is not disturbing and the view is nice.

Nothing particular that would apply to this apartment, but overall in Portugal sound proofing in walls and floor partitions are not very good, so be prepared to hear your neighbours.

Exceptional

It's truly a great place. Some minor things could be improved (like hooks or racks for hanging towels and clothes in the bathroom) but overall we enjoyed our stay immensely. Very spacious, very safe, warm (we visited Lisbon in January) and comfortable. Having a private parking space is a true blessing! Thank you))

Very comfortable staying, recommend it!

Excellent location, close to the center and on the other hand - very quiet. Many useful facilities, you have everything you need for comfortable rest. Very helpful host.

Excellent and wonderful stay

Great Secure indoor Parking (can easily park a SUV) ..rare in downtown Lisbon . Excellent location .. can walk to almost all of downtown and tram 28 is right in front of door and the 1 large bedroom fully equipped , comfortable and secured with view to great inside concourse

Very minor things like paper towels, for wiping anything in kitchen 2-3 spare toilet papers in each toilet(one spare was provided), hangers in washroom to hang clothes when showering and shampoo.

Worth it for parking alone!

Ease of parking was phenomenal (a big deal in Lisbon where you don't want to drive around if you can avoid it). A large apartment with almost every comfort. Kitchen well equipped including basic pantry items, dish-washer, even washer/dryer. Mostly quiet. Very safe and secure. Many close cafes, restaurants and markets. Famous tram #28 stops right in front. Owners very responsive and kind. A former palace, this is a lovely, nicely furnished property. Would definitely stay here again!

Ground floor unit we were in was next to door where people could walk by just a couple feet away and see in unless you had drapes closed; would have preferred a unit higher up with private balcony. The builders forgot to install bannisters along outside steps which can be very slippery when wet. Someone also forgot to install towel racks or hooks; there is nowhere to hang anything except shower rod. Minor details, a very good value overall!

Gorgeous, quiet, and central!

We originally booked a different place in Lisbon, but when we arrived no one showed up to let us in! So very last minute we booked this place and we couldn't have been more thrilled. Not only did they accommodate our unexpected booking so kindly, but the apartment is perfect. It's unexpectedly spacious, the kitchen is gorgeous, and it's impressively quiet while being in such a central location. There is a street car stop right out front, but we walked everywhere so I can't speak to how easy it is to get around with the public transport. Their underground parking is stress-free and spacious enough to not worry about the rental car getting scratched (sometimes hard to find in Lisbon!). I would absolutely stay here again in a heartbeat.

You can hear the water pipes from upstairs. They aren't that noisy, and it's not a big deal, but it did scare me the first time when I thought our bathroom was flooding. Alas, it was just the upstairs pipes. Haha.
