Price was right but Wasn’t worth the trade off of not having any amenities.

Location good and many stores in walking distance.

All amenities were closed including the fitness room, inside bar and restaurant, And all inside pools and hot tubs. Hot water ran out quickly in the shower. Sliding door to the tiny patio was very difficult to open. You could barely stand on the patio for the ocean view as it is only about 2 foot wide.

STAY AWAY

Nothing for the price.

Booked this place. Then, I was called to be told that the hot tub and pool did not work. So the lady was kind enough to switch our location to one with a hot tub. Afterall..... this was the main reason I booked the place, as I told her that. Well... low and behold, the hot tub never worked the whole time we were there at the place that we were moved to. I could have paid $50 more and just stayed at the Hilton. So when you get just a very small, horrably outdated, holes in the walls "littlery" room, with barely an ocean view, with no hot tub and other amenities... compared to the Hilton where everything is working perfectly fine and is absolutely beautiful. Nah. This was a headache. Good trip... horrible stay.

While short and good, a few small things would have made it great

Good location

Should have been told about the hurricane damage from last year. Studio should have had a cup towel for drying dishes, more and better cutlery and a box of facial tissues. A few small things that should have helped.

Even though the balcony was small at least you could stand out for a few minutes. Access though restricted by resort means was only a short walk.

Ocean view from 2 foot balcony. Bathroom fan didn't work and there wasn't a fan in the room. Beach furniture was not as pictured. Resort was basically a hotel as all of the facilities weren't available and even the bar was only open a few hours a day. Family member paid $50 less a day for same type room.

Disappointing

The condo itself was clean, spacious.

Parking was a nightmare- if the lot next to the building was full (and it was every night) , your only option was to park across the busy street in the walgreens lot and hope you wouldn't get towed. The hallways smelled. The pool was closed. Had to walk out the front, around the building to get to the beach.

good space with everything you need. Lovely to have a bottle wine to great us. Some tea, coffee and bathroom necessities were greatly appreciated. Good location and lovely view.

Quiet, clean and beautiful Appartment at the beach.

Clean and spacious studio in the northern part of Daytona. The room was quiet. It ist Well equipped and the details are chosen with love. We felt comfortable and cozy. Parking was easy and right next to the building. Ideal spot for some beach days or to take short trips to other spots on the Atlantic coast.

The Appartment complex is very big and not really well maintained. Thefloor was dirty. A garbage bag stand in front of another room more than 4 days. Pool area was not usable. U need a car to go to downtown but there are restaurants opposite of the complex.

There was not sufficient parking spaces available for the amount of guests. We had to park in the shopping plaza across the street. The other option was public parking a mile away that you had to pay for and get a taxi ride back or walk.

Disappointing.

The property itself was fine.

We made this reservation months in advance and no one told us that there was NO BEACH ACCESS; NO INDOOR OR OUTDOOR POOL; NO RESTAURANT AND ALTHOUGHT WE REQUESTED HANDICAP ACCESS, OUR ROOM WAS THE FURTHEST FROM THE ELEVATOR AND THERE WAS NO CONDO PARKING.

Great condo Very clean and comfortable Nice view

No hanging space for clothes No facilities open due to extensive damage caused by the hurricane, we was not told about this and did not know until we arrived. The receptionist was so rude and said we were staying there at our own risk and that she could not help us, no wifi. The damage was done before we booked this condo so we should have been informed about the damage. We would not have booked if we knew about it. Very poor communication as it is still advertised as having pool facilities, terrace, bar and restaurant but this is not true.

This studio was perfect! The owners even left a bottle of wine and glasses in the table. As well, as two bottled waters very thoughtful! The studio was very well kept, beautiful & clean! it also smelled good! Partial view to the beach & street!! Owners, provided everything you need! Clean fresh linens, towels, beach towels, toiletries and beach chairs! Definitely would book this studio again!! I recommend this studio to others!

It was bike week parking could of been a bit better organized!

Great location, bed, and value!

Great bed, excellent location! Beach was clean and the pools were beautiful. Nice having a kitchen and beach chairs provided. Great value!

The restaurant was closed both days, and the hot tub wasn't working so that was a bummer, as those were 2 reasons I booked this place. But we still had fun.

The overall stay was relaxing and enjoyable.

The condo was beautiful. The bed was amazingly comfortable and the bathroom was spacious. Everything we needed was provided by the owner.

The room got slightly warm overnight even though we changed the temperature to 70°. The balcony was very small and gave no room to sit outside.

Amenities, Location, the room awesome😊!. The downside is the parking space...there's not enough even in the extra parking on the other side of the building... stressful 😐

When you get back with little ones very tired from a night of dinning and fun and you can find parking space😑

Diamond in the Rough

The room was very nice. The owners are helpful and provide everything needed for a stress free stay with extras. Very comfortable and clean with great view. Quiet room at the end of the hallway. The ocean comes right up to the pool area. Indoor and outdoor pools, whirlpools, and a sauna. I loved the room.

The resort had many issues. This was no fault of the owners. The restaurants were not open much. The staff was poorly trained at the front desk. We got lucky and found someone who knew what they were doing. Seems like there was some organizational changes going on which put a lot of stress on condo owners. It could be a perfect vacation if the resort gets it together. I would definitely go again because the location is amazing and it has potential.

the staff needs to be more friendly (the female staff) not male staff and explain to people where everything is. also ca

it was quiet,the other guess were very helpful and polite and the price was great.

when we tried to check in the staff wasn’t helpful didn’t answer any questions and didn’t tell us anything, where to take trash,that we could get pool towels everything was from other guests,plus other people had pets but it said no pets allowed,I would have brought my little shituz with me
