Great ocean view, but...

The room was clean and well equipped for cooking, making coffee and even had some condiments. Also it had lots of towels and pillows. Shops and restaurants are nearby. But best of all was the view of the ocean and sound of the surf was great.

Where to start, the room had an unpleasant smell that wasn't very strong but was noticeable. The room was rather small so that one had to keep moving furniture around to open the sofa bed and access luggage and the bathroom was just a little larger than most airplane bathrooms. As for the the building and its facilities, well there weren't any to speak of: the pools were out of commission (apparently for some time) the courtyard was a mess, the central elevators were "out of order" (probably just being conserved) so you had to walk to the far end of the building to other elevators, there is no direct access to the beach from the property, and parking was very limited with tow away signs all over the place. The "balcony" outside rooms was a common walkway for accessing all rooms so if you wanted the great ocean view passersby also got a view of you inside your room. Lastly, even though the reservation confirmation stated that you had to show ID when checking in, there is no checking in. The owner of the property will send via Booking instructions and code to find the room and unlock the door. Unfortunately in our case it wasn't sent until we called Booking (and apparently it was only sent to Booking a few hours before allowed time to "check-in") which isn't easy when you are trying to find your accommodations after a long trip and if you don't have international calling service (good thing for Skype calls).

Clean and cozy condominium!

This was such a comfy room to stay in! Very clean and had anything and everything that you could need for a vacation! We will definitely be back for this condo!

The pool was still out of use due to storm damage!:( It is understandable though!

Overall an 8 out of 10.

Room was clean, bed was very comfortable, Owner of the room kept us up to date with everything going on!

One of the hot tubs didn’t work, the other worked but was cold, Hotel staff was rude at times, 2 of the pools were out of commission due to hurricane 3 years ago, atleast that’s what we were told from hotel staff and were a big eye sore, other then that our stay was great

A nice little space. Comfortable bed and nice beach location.

The pools were closed, and I wasn't aware of the pool issue at booking. The elevators didn't work well, and the beach access door was locked when returning from the beach.

great location , terrible service

beach front location. the amenities inside the room. the beach supplies included in the room.

the ruined pool area. no direct access to the beach. The parking was terrible. the unfriendly and useless front desk staff. The rules to the room. the run down exterior. the indoor pool was not opened. Was not told the pools would be closed until check in.

We loved it!!!!

The condo was beautifully and comfortably decorated. It was clean and the amenities were so very thoughtful. The view from the room was amazing and the owner was kind to message me directly thinking I may not have seen her message through Booking.com. My daughter loved the room and the comfortable mattress and decor! We would highly recommend and may be back again next time we visit Daytona!

Surprisingly satisfied

The location was facing the beach and very quiet. The room was absolutely spotlessly clean and you could tell that the staff put effort and attention to detail into their work. The kitchen was completely outfitted with everything you could want except an oven. There were many cleaning supplies available for the room and kitchen. It had a large clean refrigerator. The floor was clean, bed was clean, windows clean, bathroom clean. Effort was put into making this room very comfortable. Very satisfied overall. I felt lucky that I picked this place over the many others available. Great job, staff!

I didn't like that you had to keep the dehumidifier running, but without it the room would become moldy.

I liked that it was directly on beach.

The room smells very musty and damp. Smaller than the pictures. unfortunately because of hurricane outside pools were closed. But the inside pool was also closed. wish I canceled.

Clean, great location and wonderful room!

The place was so cute and clean!! I really loved the room and the hotel- with the indoor pool/outdoor pool and of course- the bars!!

Parking wasn’t the best…if you got there at a later time- you would have to park across the street at Publix. Even the over flow was full. Once night my husband and I sat on our balcony just watching the parking wars- it was pretty entertaining!!!

Amazing!

The location was awesome, very close to shopping/food/etc. We loved having an oceanfront room! The apartment was so clean and smelled amazing!

The kitchen/bathroom area was a little small but it was okay for my little family. Sometimes the door was a little difficult to open but we got it figured out!

Beautiful resort. Beachside, 3 pools, 2 hot tubs, 1 children's spray pool and arcade. The tiki bar food was good, the resort was clean and the bed was comfortable, even the pull out couch was comfortable. The room had beach and pool toys, extra towels, extra blankets and pillows if needed. The host left little treats for the kids and also waters in the refrigerator.

The first night we arrived our door wouldn't lock and The staff was rude when they were told. Maintenance came and explained what was needed and it was fixed. Rooms are privately owned which caused some confusion but it was all fixed and we had a lovely time.

It was pleasant overall and a great find for the price.

The room was nice and clean, with super cute decorations and extra items. The location was great; it is on a nice part of the beach and within walking distance of a Publix shopping plaza.

The amenities at the resort were nice, the indoor pool was great, but the spa(jacuzzi) was rough concrete and hurt to touch.

Perfect place to stay at the beach. Nothing negative on this place . Very clean and kitchen has everything you need. Don’t worry about the bed it is a very comfortable bed after a long day on the beach!! Pictures are exactly what it looks very new and clean.
