Wir hatten trotz alledem eine schöne Zeit.

Die Lage ist super , direkt am Strand.

Die Ausstattung ist veraltet, kein Smart TV . Am Pool zu wenig Liegen und die waren ständig reserviert. Die Bäder könnten auch renoviert werden.

Kind of a Days Inn experience

Location.

WiFi very poor. Had to get towels at front desk so if checking someone in you had to wait. No locks to the pool from beach or side entrance. North side, one of entrances had no lock at all.

They didn't provide me the room that I reserved. My family was put in to position where I had to make a new reservation either with them or different hotel. Never will stay at this property

Okay for a night, price quite high for a rundown Hilton.

Nicely located in Daytona Beach. Strip mall in front of hotel, access to the beach is from the pool area. Easy side entrances to skip walking long ways from the parking.

The 80s hotel is dated, on the brink of being run down, everything is old, pool, paint, wallpaper, wall mounted airconditioning making noise. Disappointing regarding price-quality. Breakfast really cheap, we skipped.

It was my first time at this hotel and I really liked it. Excellent Customer Service, Very friendly and helpful staff, super clean, great location, love the room, love the oceanfront view, great place for family and friends, I definitely recommend it ♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️ and I come back Thank you. God bless you all.

The only thing I didn't like was the disrespectful guests smoking weed on the balcony, when the hotel indicates that you should not smoke in any of the hotel areas. although I think it is not the hotel's fault, because it is something that is out of its reach

Love the location. Great value. Clean rooms.

We have stayed here several times. Rooms are always clean. Great location! Love that it’s pet friendly.

Not enough seating in pool area. Have to go to front desk to ask for and return pool towels.

VERY DISAPPOINTED

Location and beds comfortable

Jackie the receptionist was rude. Called for additional blanket and towels and was told they would see what they could find. Delivered 2 sheets only. The pool furniture was old and seats torn. When we checked in our card on file was declined. After further checking the hotel had tried multiple inquiries which prompted a fraud alert when I got it cleared the receptionist was rude when I asked her to run it now that it was cleared. The hotel was not secured at night both back door by pool and End of hall door were still unlocked and accessible to public after 10pm. We have stayed here multiple times over the years and have noticed a steady decline in the quality of the facilities and customer service. WE WILL NOT BE BACK.

The pool was great. Ocean view is great. Very clean.

I like the access to the beach and the fact that they use natural hygiene products it saved me a trip to the store very pleased

I didn't like that the toilet was stopped up and the parking is limited and for the price we paid could have been cheaper booked oceanfront amd didn't get that

I enjoy staying at Hilton properties but Hilton Garden is my favorite. It aligns with my budget and I get the same staff

The hot tub was under renovation but we had access to every other amenity so it was still Awesome!

My room was booked as ocean front and indeed it was but with terrible humidity smell and feel on sheets. When we asked if a room change was available they denied because they were full. They should have not left that room available, we were with a 1 yr old and no consideration at all was given.

Good value for the money with excellent service

The service was excellent, the hotel it self was relatively nice. The location of this hotel was great, short walk to the beach. The rooms were plenty big enough for 4 comfortably. The outside area with the pool was nice even with the damage from previous hurricane. (They waited until we booked to send us a message that the pool and beach access closed at 7:30pm due to the hurricane damage, which was a little annoying) Overall it was an excellent stay, good value for the money and would definitely stay there again.

My only complaint about the actual room was that it smelled like dog/cat urine and housekeeping tried to use spray to cover it up. The parking lot was to small, multiple times when we come back later in the day there was nowhere to park and we had to go off the lot to park. Was not told beforehand they would need to charge an additional $60 on arrival for in case of damages but was refunded.

Good staff, clean room, good beds. The staff taking care of the place seemed to be always working and available. Great free coffee. No beach access after 7:30 PM, and should have had free breakfast for the price. Instead, they wanted to change another $9.50 each for a buffet that really wasn't a buffet and had very limited items.

Location to the beach

Everything was bad but the location to the beach. Access was blocked off with caution tape the entire four days we were here with no one working on it. Also, they never vacuum the pool. Pizza crust was floating in the water until I threw it out and sand coating the bottom. No one out there to help you lift the umbrella. The staff was not friendly at all and although we booked for four people, they would not let us have but three towels a day. Also- although they had a bar pool area, it was never open. they ran out of pool towels never restart.

Comfortable beds and it was on the beach.

The staff was rude. Young girls would unkind. We had a dog in our hallway that was barking, and they refused to move us. The room needed updating. The hotel has suffered storm damage.
