Good location and beach view

The view of the beach was good.

The living room furniture was terribly uncomfortable. The television is microscopic. The balcony furniture was cheap, broken plastic, and not tall enough to sit and look over the balcony.

Price and location

Negatives-no hot tub, patio dirty (had to wear sandals on patio because feet would get black), had to waste 20 minutes and a phone call to get into room, had no internet for a day as internet kept asking for a pin number and I was not given a pin number, called about the lack of internet and took several hours for someone to get back to me and they were stumped also. Finally about 24 hr later someone else got back to me about internet situation. I had to have internet during this time and had to go to library to get a connection (for work). By the time someone got back to me, I had already had to go to library for several hours to get a connection and had used alternate way to get online in the room. The alternate way did not work earlier.

I would be embarrassed to recommend this place to anyone.

The location

I want to express my extreme disappointment and disgust with our rental. Upon arrival, we were unable to get into our apartment because the door is sticking badly. We had to have assistance from security to push the door open. Once entering the apartment, we found maintenance equipment blocking the hallway, making it nearly impossible to get into the living area. Security informed us we would have to contact our renter to have it removed. I tried calling but was on hold for fifteen minutes with no answer. We managed to get our belongings inside, in spite of the equipment being in our way, only to discover a poorly maintained and very outdated space. We are appalled at the state of disrepair and neglect of the apartment’s condition. For the expense incurred, we feel the level of quality is deplorable. Concerns and complaints include: Kitchen counter tops and cabinets are splintered and broken, as well as bathroom cabinet doors; there is residual food remains in the crevices between the stove and counter top; dirty/dusty air and return vents with the kitchen vent appearing to have black mold on louvers; there are only sheets on the beds, with no extra bedding provided (blankets) and when we turned the sheets down, there was still sand in the beds; tile flooring had not been cleaned food crumbs all over, no window covering for sliding patio doors for privacy and doors wouldn’t lock creating a safety issue, the lamp in the full size bedroom is barely holding together, with a broken switch causing you to only be able to have lighting in the room if you plug it in and unplug it for on/off; no over head lighting in the bedrooms, the mattress and springs are very worn, squeaking and creaking with any movement; the queen sized bedroom closet door when opened, came off the track and fell towards me; there is an insufficient amount of hangers for a week long stay for two women; and the living room chair cushion appears dirty and blood stained.

Great stay

Location was great!! Security guard was amazing and helpful! Manager was great and very responsive! Tons to do with not all traffic of FL.. It was a great stay that we was very pleased to book within same day. The pool was great and it was very clean, loved the on-site laundry facilities and fact they sold ice on site! And restaurant in back yard with stores around to buy whatever you could need.

If I was a secret shopper I would recommend better beds, as even though in back bedroom either bed worn out but every time you turned over the headboard was hitting the wall. And I would recommend using air fresheners in that unit as it had carpet and the musky smell of water filled the air on the first night.. or to replace carpet. The frying pans wasn't very good as everything stuck when frying. But it was a great time, just not long enough!!

Great location. Uncomfortable bed. Quiet stay.

The location is fantastic. I like being next to a restaurant and a market. The view from the balcony is great. I didn't have any complaints from neighbors being loud. Good infrastructure. Plenty of towels.

The main bed was uncomfortable. Hot water ran out pretty fast when everyone was showering. There wasn't a stopper for the 2 year old's bath. No curtains for privacy on the windows/balcony doors. No hair dryer.

loved everything about this condo and love the fact it has a security guard on site made you feel even safer

wish it would of had washer in dryer in condo does have a place to do laundry on site but it’s expensive I paid 10 bucks to wash and dry 2 small loads

For the price it was very disappointing.

Poor repair- toilet didn’t flush, blinds were shoved under the bed, cable didn’t work in living room, nothing was plugged in. Condo was dirty, had to clean before unpacking.

Location was great, Right on the beach

Bed was like sleeping on concrete, master toilet wouldn’t flush, other bathroom lights was not working I contacted the manager they advised they would have maintenance come look but never seen them

The condo was clean, comfortable, convenient, met all our needs and was better than I expected!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! It was clean and comfortable and just perfect for us! We loved having a door code instead of a key so we didn't have to keep track of anything at the beach. We loved the balcony with the ocean view, and we spent a lot of time on the balcony. We loved having direct beach access, and we especially appreciated having the ice maker!

The text message we got with the door code was a little confusing. It gave us the door code but also said that there was a lockbox with a key in it that was attached to the fence. We got into the apartment just fine with the door code but couldn't figure out how to lock the door back when we left. We thought maybe we were supposed to get the key from the lockbox on the fence but couldn't get the lockbox open. We had to text customer service, and they sent someone to our apartment. Come to find out, most doors automatically lock behind you when you shut the door, but ours was different. We had to press a button at the top of the keypad and twist the deadbolt to lock the door. Apparently the key in the lockbox on the fence is only for emergency type situations and only staff have access to the codes that open the lockbox. It was a little stressful trying to figure it all out, but customer service was excellent and helped us with everything. Also, they don't mention this anywhere, but the parking passes are located in the cabinet just above the microwave oven. Be sure the dates are filled out on the pass before you hang in on your rearview mirror.

Won’t be using bookings anymore started out really good last 2 times very disappointed

Place and room were very run down, kitchen utensils may as well not bothered. appliances very poor toaster was a fire hazard, furniture looked like it was from goodwill. Mattress and sheets 🤷

Loved how it was all together and home like and the instructions were clear. First time so we were learning.

Maybe invest in something to make the couch bed easier to use. The springs were awful.

Literally nothing about this condo was good. The location was on the beach, but for what it was I would have rather pitched a tent.

Very good

I loved being able to walk out on balcony to see and enjoy the ocean.

The floors were dirty and elevator was out. we had to walk down and back up 5 flights of stairs. When I would touch the railing the paint would flake off onto my hands. This is the first place I have stayed at that I had to wash towels and washcloths, so we could have clean ones for showers.
