A nightmare getting them to send my invoices, despite repeated calls to request. undoes all the decent scores!
I have 2 invoices outstanding (August & September) - making me very unpopular with my internal finance & expenses team. My Company expense card is blocked until this is resolved and I have had to use my own!!

Just brilliant! Clean comfortable room with a superking bed and good shower. Lovely staff, great breakfast- freshly cooked. We didn’t use the gym/steam room but are aware we could have. The best value for money of any place we’ve ever stayed. Perfect location for visiting Milton Keynes.

Generally clean and comfortable. Very reasonable prices offered for early check-in and late check-out. Breakfast was nice.
A little noisy in the room from the corridor (hearing neighbouring room doors opening/shutting etc.).
