We were allocated a really well appointed cottage that absolutely satisfied our needs for a space suitable for two adults and two children. Difficult to imagine a better arrangement. The location was excellent, allowing easy access to the interesting Woburn high street and close to Woburn Safari Park.
The restaurant food could possibly have been a little more imaginative.

The staff were outstanding, managing to rearrange our short-notice booking to accommodate my wife's mobility issues. The bar and restaurant staff were also friendly and attentive, and the whole place had a very pleasant atmosphere.
My only tiny complaint is that the toilet door was heavy and stiff, and the toilet lights were VERY bright

Lovely hotel and nice place to stay. We went for a wander along Woburn High Street and found some lovely friendly pubs. Lots of places to eat too. Definatlely worth a visit
Someone stole their bell, so you had to wait a while in reception, but not their fault.

Helpful and pleasant staff
Lack of cleanliness.
House keeping are awful. Didn’t clean or makeup room after first night and had to complain. Then done so badly had to get the manager to fix it.
Whole place needs a proper clean.
