The staff were great about sourcing a travel cot even though Booking.com messed up and did not include this on my booking - despite me requesting it. The hotel was quite fancy, with a pool, spa and a decent restaurant. The restaurant staff were great about my gluten intolerance. There was also a lovely outdoor seating section in the middle of the hotel, perfect for sitting outside on a sunny day.
I received a call from reception when we were already in bed - including baby - that my card hadn't been approved correctly and I had to get out of bed and go down to reception at night to give my card details again. We were grateful for the travel cot, but like many travel cots it had an extremely thin and uncomfortable mattress and the baby ended up in my single bed, which wasn't the safest.

Breakfast was AMAZING 👏 And the staff were brilliant they changed our room for a better one 😀
We were told there was a pool but it was very small and had lanes for lane swimming. Also the jacuzzi was terrible and worked in a low mode when it felt like it and was very small.Never again would I go there.
