There is off-street parking available for up to 4 cars (2 garaged). Please note that guests are still responsible for picking up after their pet. Guests will be provided with a start up supply of household items such as laundry soap, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper etc so that upon check in you do not need to run to the store. San Diego, LA, Las Vegas, and the beaches of Mexico are all about 5 hours away. The Grand Canyon, Sedona, White Mountains, and AZ`s wine country are 2-4 hours. Take your carry-on and leave the big stuff while you explore. We have been to almost every corner of the state, so if you want to know the hidden treasures, we would be happy to tell you our favorite places to visit. Please note, because Phoenix is so spread out, we advise having a vehicle if you stay with us. Public transportation is not far away from our home, but it takes a while to get to most parts of the city from our home. With a car, we are convenient to most parts of the Valley, including downtown Phoenix (sports, restaurants, and arts), Tempe (shopping, restaurants, nightlife), Glendale (sports and shopping) and Scottsdale (shopping, arts, sports, nightlife). Guest Access: The Entire Home The Neighborhood: This is a very quiet neighborhood in the Ocotillo area. Multiple grocery stores are within 5-10 minutes driving, and numerous restaurants are nearby. Getting Around: We HIGHLY advise having a car if you stay with us, and we have off-street parking available for you. Phoenix is a SUPER spread out city (50+ miles in all directions), so while we do have public transportation near us, it can take a while to get to your destination by bus. Feel free to ask about distances, and we will let you know average drive times. Other Things to Note: Parking and Entry – Guests have off street parking available at the home either by parking in the garage or driveway. Before your arrival you should have received an email with your personal access code to the home. This is sent directly by the lock from Lockstate (please check all spam/junk email folders if you can`t find it). Enter your unique code and then press the Lockstate button to unlock the door. When leaving simply press the Lockstate button to lock the door behind you. Please verify door is locked before leaving. Note: your unique code will become inoperable after your day of departure. HDTV and Wireless High Speed Internet provided (information is documented in the home). NO GATHERINGS or PARTIES are allowed at this home. The neighbors are sensitive to noise.
