Contingent upon the weather, the project is estimated to completed by the end of February 2024. The pool will be closed while the work is being completed. You can see for miles and miles and views from this 7th floor corner 2 Bedroom Condo. Views of the Intracoastal waterway and the Gulf of Mexico as far as the eye can see. Great complex offering tennis, pool and a great Indian Shores location! The Master Suite offers a King size bed while the 2nd bedroom offers one Queen and one Twin bed. There is also a queen sofa bed for an extra guest or two. New sliders just installed with new window coverings. coffee will never be the same! There is so much to do at Bayshore Yacht & Tennis Club from putting green,bikes, day docks, swimming pool, hot tub and easy access to the beach, your vacation can be found all in one location! New pictures coming week of 1/22/24! One assigned parking spot and one guest parking pass provided.

We have stayed at this unit several times and have always enjoyed our time here. It's a larger corner unit and is clean and very quiet. This condo is well equipped with kitchen items, as well as beach chairs and sand toys. I highly recommend this condo!

We really enjoyed the location of this property and the management company was great. Easy access for parking and good communication. Hopefully you do some updates to your property. The lack of updates would be the only thing preventing me from booking the property again. Two things that exceeded our expectations. Sitting on the 7th floor patio, you will see several dolphins passing thru. Second, there is an awesome mini golf course within 100 yards where you can play golf and feed actual alligators. Good times.

The unit at Bayshore was in excellent condition, as always. The location is excellent as well. The Intercoastal is fantastic. The beach is a block away. Many restaurants and stores within a mile or two as well. Management of this unit is outstanding. We will be back again!

We enjoyed this property very much. We had our two teen kids and let them each bring a friend- so two adults and four teens. The property owners were very generous with their belongings. They left us: beach towels, chairs, beach umbrella (WITH a sand digger), tennis racquets, golf clubs, and bikes. This kept our teens busy! I did think there was a laundry room in our condo, but there was not. There is a laundry room on the fourth floor that takes credit cards. I was a little bummed about not renting on the beach this year, but we saw dolphins and manatee from our balcony almost daily. The kids used the pool a lot and it was a short walk to the beach. The area has lots of options for souvenir shopping, restaurants, and bars that are within walking distance. Taking the trolly cost $2.25 a person (or $5.00 a day) and was super easy to use. It was our first time staying in Indian Shores. We’ve stayed at neighboring beaches before, but would opt to come back to this area.

The property management was very helpful when it was discovered that our original property was not as described. We were lucky that it was not yet peak season and we could be switched to another property. This location was wonderful-from the front we could see the gulf along with the beautiful sunsets and from the balcony gorgeous sights which included sunrises, dolphins and many birds. The other residents were very friendly and the week we were there this location was having a meet and greet and everyone was invited. The twin bed mattresses and couch could use replacement as it was hard to get off the couch as the cushions were worn and too soft and the twin mattresses had no support. Also the code to the men's Sauna did not work. We did enjoy our stay and its location as it was a very short walk to the beach and restaurants and we would definitely book through Seaside Property again.

I loved this end unit.. saw sunrise to sunset from the room.. this place had so much space to entertain family that came over. Most likely will reserve next year

We absolutely loved 717 rental! It was spacious for our family of 5, clean, and had everything we needed from the kitchen (pots, pans, dishwasher, storage containers), balcony had plenty of seating and tables along with a beautiful view, fans, beach rafts/toys/chairs, tennis rackets, and 2 bikes (1 bike had issues with a wheel), and the most amazing water views from every window. A quick walk to the beach and of course you need to go play miniature golf at Smugglers Cove!

Beautiful Views!
This corner condo had wonderful views from the master bedroom and the balcony! There were lots of beach items to use in the closet, and the condo was nicely decorated. We've stayed in other condos in this building, and this was the nicest thus far - brighter and more spacious than other units. We had a great vacation, despite the Red Tide issues!

Stunning water views
Stunning views! Easily accessible and great location! Mattresses in guest bedroom not great for adults. Water views from all angles! Amazing sunsets from the front and intercontinental on the back. Th unit provided everything needed for a home away from home. Highly recommend!

The moment we walked in we felt right at home. The unit had everything we needed to enjoy our staycation. Beautiful balcony view. Had all accessories to all of the amenities. ie: tennis rackets, bikes, putt putt clubs, beach towels, etc... Just a few minutes of walking and your on the beach. Great location to many shops and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again.

Large end unit. Windows and breezes in every room. Temp in high 80s but no AC required. Beautiful views of intercostal and gulf . Quiet. Best parts were large balcony overlooking intercostal, large modern laundry room, clean pool and hot tub, and the assigned parking spot underneath. Lots of extras: beach towels, toys, chairs, drying rack, bikes, storage. Keyless entry. Second bath ok but could use update. For me? Better quality and quantity of towels - especially hand towels and add bath mats.

We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation at Bay Shores Yacht and Tennis Club #717. This was our 1st time visiting this area of Florida and we really loved it. The condo had everything we needed and was just a short walk to the beautiful beach. We loved the view of the waterway out the back sliders and side windows also. Views everywhere. Our only complaint was that the bathrooms/showers could use a bit of updating. Master bed was very comfortable! Slept wonderfully!

This property is very convenient to the beach . The view of the bay is wonderful. The only thing I say is that the second bedroom had two twin beds not full or double. It wasn’t a big deal for us but would be if you needed to put more than two people in that room. You might want to bring some towels with you from home if you are staying more than a weekend. Other than that this place is awesome clean and you can walk to one of the best restaurant in the area Salt!!

We very much enjoyed our 7th floor condo at Bayshore. The balcony views of the waterway with all the boats heading in and out was wonderful. The condo itself was clean and comfortable with enough kitchen supplies to tend to our meal needs. We enjoyed the easy access to the beaches on the Gulf of Mexico for walks and sunsets. Great condo location. Clean. Liked the quiet waterway location and yet easy access to the ocean across the street. Well supplied with sporting equipment, games and reading material. Nice updated appliances and TVs. A larger lounge chair and updated guest shower would make it our most favorite place for years. We hope to go back next year!

We also have trouble with the lock on our door that took a few days to get squared away, but worked well after! The description in the rental for the beds was also misleading. Said the guest room have two fulls but was actually two double beds. However I Would recommend this place.

We had a very restful, peaceful, quiet week in the condo. The people around were friendly. We would definitely recommend this place for up to six people even though there were just two of us. It is very roomy and clean just like home! We loved the balcony (7th floor breeze was always great!) with all he privacy. It was a few minutes walk to the water, but there are few places to eat within walking distance. A short drive will get you to Crabby Bills, The Pub, Keegans, and many other great places. We had a great time!

This condo is a great location! It is quiet and peaceful, and we had a wonderful view of the Intracoastal Waterway from the balcony, where we enjoyed watching the seabirds, the boats, the sunrise, and an occasional dolphin. We also enjoyed long walks on the beach, just across the road, and watching the beautiful sunsets both from the beach and from our front balcony. We were happy to see that this unit has four tennis racquets along with golf balls and putters for enjoying the tennis courts and putting green. Both were never busy. The pool was warm and inviting, though the pool area was completely in the shade after 3 pm during our visit, so we tried to time our pool visits accordingly. We were glad to have two bikes to ride, though one of them did not work very well so I ended up riding solo most of the time. We would certainly recommend this unit to other guests.

Great condo, great location
Our weeks' vacation the first week of January at Bay Shore Yacht and Tennis Club unit #717 was fantastic. We were thrilled at being able to see both views of the intracoastal waterway and the ocean in this clean end unit. We were entertained both morning and afternoon by dolphins and pelicans and various birds off the balconies, and evenings by the beautiful ocean sunsets out the front. Just across the road is the beach where we enjoyed our walks, relaxing times and even morning bike rides along the beach (unit has 2 bikes included). Indian Shores has lots of restaurants, stores, a bird sanctuary and more only minutes away. The spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo was perfect for us and our friends to eat, sleep and relax. The pool and hot tub were a welcome oasis at night, and there were even barbeques we could use. Also, there were tennis courts and a putting green available to use with equipment included in the condo. We enjoyed our stay and we look forward to our next return.

Great Condo – Very Clean
We spent the week of November 19th staying at The Bay Shores Yacht and Tennis Club Condo #717 and plan on returning. Having stayed in oceanfront condos before, we now have determined that being on the intracoastal is preferred due to the bird life and all sorts of types of boats going by as it made it very interesting. Being on the 7th floor You were at a perfect height to observe without being observed. While having lunch at the dining table we spotted a family of dolphins swimming by. One morning a fishing boat came by and picked up a family, perhaps we’ll do that on our next stay.
It was nice to come back “home” to the condo after a day out as it was very comfortable. The layout, amenities, ... suited my husband and I very well. With just the two of us, it was nice for each of us to have our own bathroom. However, next time we plan on bringing our daughter and a friend or another couple as the second bedroom went unused and it seemed a shame not to share the condo experience with others. The keyless entry was great as there was no need to carry a key. Although there is a dishwasher I found that hand washing dishes was a pleasure as there is a side window over the sink and I would watch pelicans come soaring towards me thinking that they may crash into the window but they would swoop away. I would follow the bird by looking out the dining room glass door to see it zoom by.
Each day we had the challenge of deciding which direction to walk on the beach. We tended to go the direction of the bird sanctuary which is always part of our Indian Shores visit. The other challenge was deciding on whether to watch the sunset from the front balcony of the condo or just pop over to the beach.
The weekend we arrived there was both the Suncoast Jazz and Sanding Ovation Festivals. We enjoyed the happy hours and entertainment at the nearby bars/restaurants. One bar, JD’s, had afternoon and evening entertainment along with a piano bar. There didn’t seem to be enough time to do everything. We did enjoy the pool and hot tub a few times and also did some putting on the condo’s practice green. We played tennis quite a few times (nice to have racquets and balls provided by the condo). The only issue was that the lighting at night could have been brighter on the courts.
The one regret we have is that we didn’t book the condo longer.
