Larry and Sally are indeed Premier hosts. They were helpful as we worked around winter weather driving conditions. And they were always available for questions or concerns. This property was truly outstanding in every way ! It was everything as advertised on VRBO and more with lots of personal touches, everything was first class. We took our bicycles and took advantage of riding not only the bike paths but also the beach, easy bike access to the beach via Folly Beach Park.
The Hilton Head location is by far our favorite, in our opinion a superior venue compared to Gulf Shores and better than anything Florida has to offer. The hospitality and overall vibe in HH makes it a terrific destination.

We stayed in this condo week of thanksgiving, the weather was cool but mostly sunny! The condo was wonderfully appointed with beautiful decor, comfy beds, equipped kitchen and lots of extra details ! When we visit again we won’t have to bring any beach equipment, Owners supply it all ! Chairs, towels, Shibumi “tent”even !!! Peaceful and yet near restaurants it was perfect !

This property exceeded our expectations. Outstanding location, awesome views, easy access to the ocean, meticulously clean, tastefully decorated. We can't say enough about how much we enjoyed staying here and we look forward to renting it again. It is quiet and relaxing, yet close to things if you want to get out and have fun. 5+ stars! We had a fabulous stay at a beautiful condo on the beach. The place is perfect. Beautifully furnished, convenient location, and incredible sunrises.

Had a wonderful stay at Larry and Sally’s villa. Their unit is very nice, clean, and had everything that we needed to enjoy our stay. The unit has beautiful views and is easily accessible to the pool and beach. Larry and Sally were also very prompt in their responses to any questions that we had. Very much looking forward to staying here again in the future.

First off, let me say- I’ve vacationed at HHI yearly since I was a small child- this condo was an absolute gem! Everything about it was first rate!! The views were amazing, privacy is unmatched, the proximity to everything on HHI was superb! Literally less than 10 min to nearly everywhere worth eating at or doing!
I am an old school contact a person kind of guy- the owners were extremely prompt with information
And replies via text and phone! They literally thought of everything when it came to outfitting this property!
I will most definitely be returning to this condo in the future!!

Saw the storms one night lightning up the beach like daylight. Looked out our patio and saw a small deer hopping on the dunes looking for his mom and trying to get back to the forest. Another night saw a beautiful red moon rising. Loved the view from the condo.

Our family enjoyed a relaxing week in this beautiful condo. It is very nicely decorated. The view is awesome! The kitchen was equipped for the cooking we did. It’s a quiet building with lots of privacy. My grandson thoroughly enjoyed the pool. It was never very crowded.
The communication with the owner was outstanding. He always replied very promptly.

The interior is exceptional, the balcony and ocean view is exceptional, and the pool at the condo is great. If you are a family looking for a wonderful place to stay this is it.
Hilton Head is not a huge island but putt putt, restaurants, and Sea Pines are all within a 5-10 minute drive.

We had very good communication with the owner from the beginning and through out our stay. The decor of the condo is beautiful especially the kitchen. Great views from the balcony. The condo is very well equipped. The only change I would like to see is a lamp on both sides of the bed access to the electrical outlets on both sides of the bed. Currently there is only one lamp and no access to the plugs on one side of the bed. All in all a beautiful comfortable condo. 😊

Everything about this vacation rental was top-notch! To begin with, Larry was a fantastic host. He began by sending us a welcome information letter that included everything you could need. The letter included extra information such as local emergency phone numbers, urgent care number, information on bike rentals (I highly recommend renting bikes - a great way to see the Island), grocery stores, tennis, golf, and their favorite beachfront and island restaurants. So much good information. Sea Cloisters 406 is beautifully decorated with a gorgeous view of the beach and ocean. I mean absolutely gorgeous! Just a few of the really nice things we liked about the unit: the entire porch is top-tier (loved the basket chairs), all the windows inside provided an exceptional view, nice beach towels were provided, quality pots and pans (the kitchen was fully stocked), loved the coffee bar, the couch was exceptionally comfy, memory foam mattresses on the beds, truffle bed under the twin bed (2nd BR could easily sleep four including the big bed), bathrooms were super nice, cabinet with games and puzzles, books to read, the pool was super nice (very relaxing), luggage carts were available as well as grocery buggies for bringing in your groceries (wow, why doesn't every vacation spot think of that)! A very pleasant environment. It was extremely clean and a beautiful place to stay! So very pleased...thank you Larry and Sally! We would love to visit your place again. 5 STAR plus for sure!!!

Beautiful condo! It has recently been renovated and all the finishings are so pretty. Beds are very comfortable. Most importantly, the view is spectacular! Communication for check in and check out was excellent. Perfect spot for our girls’ trip!

We could not have enjoyed ourselves more. First, Larry was great! Communicated with us from beginning to end in a very quick manner. Answered any questions we had and was always there during our stay.
The condo was beautiful. Decorated very elegantly and was spotless. The deck was especially nice. The black flooring tile and rug were so much nicer than other condo’s there. We spent a lot of time out there! The view was amazing. From this condo, you can see all the way up the beach in both directions. The inside had everything you needed. Kitchen was stocked nicely and fridge was spotless. Nice little coffee area that you could do Keurig one cup at a time or a pot. Floors were great. A nice wood looking tile I believe which made the place feel so elegant and clean. The pictures definitely show what a nice place this is and they all lived up to expectations. Great washer and dryer and very nice to have! They have all kinds of beach and pool equipment to use. We did not use it, but nice to know it is there, plus beach towels. Very nice TV’s also! All the furnishings were great. Decorations on point! You really can’t go wrong with this condo and host. When we come back to Hilton Head, we will try to book here first. Excellent location, pictures are great but condo is excellent. Larry is excellent communicator and helps quickly if needed, something as small as tv cable not working due to new system, he made sure corrected quickly. This was our second stay this year and we will return again soon as possible!!

We have stayed in many places over the past 21 yrs vacationing in hilton head but sea Cloisters has been our "home" for the past 15yrs. The location is fantastic. The condo this yr was just as fantastic as all the others in sea Cloisters. I have and will continue to recommend this area for anyone wanting a vacation in HHI.

From check-in to check-out, this property was fantastic!! My husband and I have been to HHI two times before this trip and the property at Sea Cloisters was by far our favorite place to stay! Getting to the beach was a very short 5 minute walk. The view of the beach can’t be beat! I loved listening to the waves from the balcony while reading a book. We also enjoyed swimming in the pool. There was a large 3’ area which worked well for my three children. We throughly enjoyed every minute of our stay!

Family Vacation
Our stay at 406 Sea Cloisters was beyond our expectations. The view from the condo made our week. If we weren’t on the beach, we were sitting on the patio enjoying the magnificent view from sunrise to stargazing at night. The condo itself was lovely and appeared to be professionally decorated. The beds were comfy, and the kitchen was well stocked. Everything was in good working order. Our family vacation is always the best week of the year, and this year we all agreed it was perfect.
