This was by far our favourite guesthouse stay along the Mestia to Ushguli walk, from the welcoming mint tea (from the garden) on arrival to the hearty breakfast before we headed off. The host (Maka?) was warm, friendly, very funny and an excellent cook. She also loaned us 'camp shoes' to wear inside as we hadn't brought anything with us except our hiking boots. Everything was spotlessly clean. The room was cosy and comfortable and the dinner and breakfast were the best we had on the walk.
Everything was perfect!

Cleanliness was excellent, especially toilet was spotlessly clean. And the hostess was very friendly and helpful. There was an apple tree in the yard, the apples were free.
