Relatively calm location. Great value for the price.
Free parking spot right outside, which was a huge plus.
Strong heating kept the room warm.
Snowy and dangerously icy entrance; had to be very careful slipping in (needs clearing/salting!).
Old kitchen stuff that's barely working—stove was weak, dishcloth.
Visible cracks in the walls, which made it feel a bit rundown.

Very nice host, good breakfast with a lot of things to eat
Optional sauna
Sauna costs extra (50 GEL/hour), but it’s only yours then - the cold plunge smelled horrible (but the sauna was good)

Nice place, clean
Some of the hosts does not understand English which is frustrating
Seems like they were not prepared for my arriving even though O made a booking
