Not as good as we expected

It was very easy to get into the apartment with provided codes. Apartment is located on a silent street, parking is only paid, but is located on the street just outside the entrance door. Parking is free on weekends.

The pictures of the apartment on booking site are quite outdated. The furniture is now not new, the disposition is a bit changed. Apartment is located in old building, with no elevator on 4th floor (as far as I remember). There is only one toilet - for apartment for 10 people, it is not enough...

The beds were quite comfy. Access to the appartmant was easy via pin code.

There was only one toilet for the 8 of us. The freezer needs to be cleaned.

Scam

Never saw this appatment. What the host did, i think it is a scam, very uncorrect and bad - to just change the apartment to another one totally different WITHOUT ANY WARNING! Without asking us if we are ok with that. And he did it at such a last moment when we were already driving to Wroclaw and had no choice anymore, no opportunity to search an another one for example. I think it is not possible to be a part of booking.com with such behavior, i hope booking.com will do something about him and this situation. That is not what i paid for, i got 2 bedroom flat instead of 3. If i would look for 2 bedroom flat, there were enogh of them cheaper and in a heart of the historical center, i booked this one only because of 3 bedrooms and i paid more for it, The flat which i got instead, has a less price, it was smaller - 2 bedroom flat! I saw such kind of flats for 20-30 euro less, than i paid.

It took me so much time to find and book the accomodation, that would be comfortable for all our needs, but at the day of arrival when i asked about check-in instructions i got totally different adress without any question or warning,(looked like the host hoped that i will not notice that it is a different adress than i booked) He didnt mensioned any word, that due to some emergency reasons this appartment which i booked was not available (i am not sure that it is true about emergency reasons, when i asked 1 week in advance about check-in, he told that i will get it only on the day of arrival.I think he had some other more long term tenants, thats why he did like this and maybe does it more often.) We got instead of flat with caracter in the old atmospheric building totally different not intresting standart qute small flat with boring modern style which you see everywhere and it is same in all countries, and most worse was that it had only 2 separate rooms instead of 3, not the same as i booked. What the owner called the 3rd room, was a kitchen combined with living area totally unseparated, due to work of my partner not having a separate work room was very unconvenient. I searched all booking.com to find exactly 3 bedrooms - 1 for each person and one working room, so that was an uncomfortable stay. The building was new and some parts of it are build, so we had a view at construction works area of unfinished building parts right next to our bedrooms windows and the construction works were started at 7.00 so it was not possible to sleep longer. It had no view at all - 1rst floor and one part was the next wall of the building and the rest was a construction works area (you can enjoy the view on the fotos.) For me, as a person who likes nice view that was a very big disappointment. And the explanation how to find the exactly location of the flat in this huge building with many sections (18!) was so pure, that it took us 45(!) minutes to just find a flat in the building.

Ubytování bylo pěkné a čisté, výborná cena/výkon. Poznámka: parkování před domem v ulici placené v době od 9:00-18:00 za 3 PLN na hodinu, což bylo v pohodě.

Bydlení se nachází v panelákovém činžovním době ve 4. patře bez výtahu. Pro nás mladý v pohodě, ale pro starší náročné.
