The hotel was located close to the two main minibus depots (Berlinastur & Marsol), a safe 10 minute walkable distance during the day. The property exterior was situated in a quiet, modern part of the city.
Despite a modern exterior the hotel had a basic, no frills feel. I would not describe it as 4 star, maybe 2.5 star at best. Which is reflected in the price. My room was a lot smaller than expected compared to the photos and the bed was pretty uncomfortable. Whilst breakfast was included and sufficient, it was pretty basic (2 eggs and an arepa, plus coffee). The lift was out of service and the steps had an uneven feel to them, causing me to trip a few times. This hotel is presently not suitable for someone elderly/disabled.
