Me gustó que son personas dispuestas a ayudarte si necesitas algo en el momento. Me dijeron que podía tocar el timbre en cualquier instante y estarían pendiente. Las camas son cómodas y el baño tenía buenas condiciones, al menos el de nuestra habitación.
Las almohadas tienen un olor a viejo, casi que a pecueca. Se nota que tienen mucho tiempo sin lavarlas.
La información del alojamiento al reservar no muestra si el baño es privado y al llegar nos dijeron que el baño de nuestra habitación quedaba fuera de la habitación. Por lo que nos ofrecieron otra habitación con aire y baño privado y tuvimos que cambiarla, puesto que no nos gusta el baño compartido.
