Getting to the place was a little difficult due to some issues with transportation and communication, but Ana’s warm welcome and the cake she offered me on arrival made up for a lot of the tiredness. The room was a little narrow, but overall I had a pleasant stay. Ana was kind and welcoming, and I was happy with my time in Borjomi. I’m still giving a high rating, as these things can easily be improved.
The photos of the accommodation could be clearer and more representative. The address also appears to be incorrect on the map. I had to ask the neighbours for directions :)

The location was wonderful and was easy walking distance to the bus station, grocery store, restaurants and more. Ana was responsive when it came to communication with her to get the keys at the beginning and she even left work to show me to my room. The WiFi was fast and Ana and her son were very friendly and were very respectful of my space. Ana also let me leave my bag at her house while I did some hiking in the park. There was a lock on my room.
I stayed two nights and on the second one, there was only one set of keys to the main door and so I was stuck in the house for a long time waiting to make sure that I wasn't inconveniencing anyone by taking the keys with me. Also, I guess it was not clear to me that I was actually just renting a room in her house (with her living in it too). Like I said, she and her son were very respectful, but I don't think the description made that super clear to me.
