We had a good stay here and have never had as responsive a property manager as Andrew was - he was extremely prompt and thorough in addressing all of our questions and needs, which we were so grateful for. The house had plenty of beds/rooms to accommodate our group of 17 (ages 8 to 73), but the house is otherwise tight for a group our size, and the kitchen is really not well equipped for large groups - in terms of quantity of items, functioning kitchen tools, or size of fridge. I cannot imagine having had any bigger a group in the house. There were no convenience items already available in the kitchen or bathrooms (eg trash bags, hand soap, detergent, salt/pepper, etc.). The Oasis club was nice but does not allow any outside food or drink on property, unless water in disposable bottles, which was a big pain. We did enjoy using the pools and gym though. Overall our stay was fine, and we had a good time, but I highly recommend that the owners take time to stay in the house with a group to betteru understand all the things that could be better provided, in the kitchen especially. Many thanks to Andrew for all his help!

We really enjoyed our time at Maidstone Villa. The place is large and well thought out for big groups, with lots of crockery, cutlery, towels etc. Andrew is fantastic to communicate with, very responsive and resolved a few minor things promptly for us. Be sure to stop at the supermarket for all supplies, otherwise relax and enjoy a very comfortable stay.

Andrew was a pleasure to work with. The house was clean, organized, and cozy for our hefty bunch. The reminders in each bedroom regarding rules was very helpful. We would definitely use Andrew and his team again in the future as all photos and positive reviews were spot on. The rule book seems like a lot, but is super helpful during the whole stay. If anyone had a question, I directed them straight to be book (: Thank you again Andrew!

The house overall is an good house, nice community. The owner communicated very well.
The only issues we had was very bad gnats, we found some old cheese in a cabinet. We cleaned the kitchen good and tried to get rid of the gnats but they were just too horrible.
The showers are horrible with mold, needs a deep cleaning. We also seen hair in the showers that wasn’t ours prior to showering. I did reach out to the owner after vacation just to inform him of the issues we ran into. He communicated well. Not a bad house, just can use some deep cleaning in the showers.

Easy checking in and gate easily accessible. The owner has provided everything we could possibly needed. So comfortable and felt like home. Hot tub was hot and we loved that!

Plenty of rooms for 20 of us to spread out in this spacious property. The house was clean and the beds and furniture were comfy. A couple of things that I wasn’t prepared for was there were no washcloths and there were also no dishcloths or dish towels for kitchen clean up and no extra toilet paper, paper towels, or garbage liners. There was also not a coffeemaker. The kitchen had no spices (salt & pepper, oil, etc) This was a bit of a drawback as we had to buy a lot of incidentals that ended up being thrown out at the end of our stay. The water pressure for both shower and toilets was not very good. Being a person with long hair it was very difficult rinsing shampoo out. The deep tub in the master bath was a disappointment as it did not have jets for making bubbles for a relaxing bath. If you need a crib or high chair or stroller be prepared to pay extra -none of these come with the rental and are expensive to rent.

Your house was clean and welcoming. Andrew was very responsive to our needs. One bedroom was not as pictured or described on the website. Otherwise everything was as expected. We enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub. Would rent this house again

The we house was great for a large group with a wide age range.
Unfortunately upon arrival we found it not to be so clean. The bathrooms had hair in the shower & floors & dirty floors throughout the house. A few items were broken but I let the management company know, and they arrived the very next day to fix the stuff. That was very impressive..

Our family enjoyed our stay at 1544 Maidstone! We had family members fly in from all over and it fit everyone perfectly. The house was very roomy and clean. We took advantage of the club house amenities as well and it was very satisfying for all of us. My husband was able to watch his football team play and that’s all that matter to him!! Lol I would definitely come back again for another family adventure. And I would recommend to anyone with a big family this is the house for you!!
There was one little thing and that was a brick paver by the pool fell into the pool when my niece step on it, but before I could even call someone to come fix it, it was already taken care of. Very fast service. Thanks Andrew for allowing us to stay in your home!

Looks can be deceiving. This house seems like a great place to stay with fun amenities. However, that is not the case. Before our arrival we received numerous pages of rules and regulations about the property most of which end in a statement about how much I would be liable for. Then upon arrival we discovered the couch is worn, the barstools are unsafe, the towels are small, (could barely get it around my body) rough and thread bare, there was hair in three bathrooms, and one bathroom had a roach leg on the shower door, the sheets are old, the cushions outside are gross and because of all the rules you’re afraid to do anything in the house because you might be liable. With so many rules and regulations put on me as the guest, I expected higher standards from the host but that was not the case. This was not an equal partnership.
Communicating with the host felt like I only received automated messages that said “please refer to the _________”.
Needless to say our time at Andrew’s property was awful. We felt it necessary to leave early due to Hurricane Ian and I called VRBO to ask if we could get a refund. He said that we could but it was up to the discretion of the homeowner. The owner would not budge and said the hurricane was not that bad in Orlando or should I say the area of where any of his rentals are. New renters, bring wash cloths, shampoo, a bar of soap for your shower and a fan. He wants you to keep the a/c at 75.

We had 3 families with a group size of 16 people and this house accommodated us perfectly! The outdoor area was very nice and loved the setup. Andrew was great with communication!

A large fun house. We utilized every room. The game room was a plus for the teenagers! The pool & hot tub was amazing and we even used the beach umbrellas at COCOA BEACH! We had a full week!

This house is nicely set up but could use a very good deep clean, a refresh on some decor, bedding, pillows, kitchen especially pots and pans. The carpets upstairs did not look vacuumed when we arrived wrappers on floor and under beds, clumps of hair out by pool. Other than that the house was everything we needed for a large group.

Nice house, stocked fairly well, almost no cleaning supplies, paper towels, etc. Had to shop a lot.
Property was nice, too many rules, like only using hot tub 2 hours a day. The resort pool is nice, but very hard to go to if you have children with allergies, absolutely no food allowed. Would be smart for owner to provide different color towels so 19 people aren't all using white towels DO NOT ORDER GRILL-IT IS NOT A NORMAL GRILL AND WAS DISGUSTING AND NOT CLEAN AND HARD TO CLEAN.

We contacted management and they sent someone to spray but we were getting dressed to go to the park so he said he would come back. Wasn’t sure if he did or not until we kept noticing the roaches in the kitchen. My mom killed 4 in one night. I reached out to management on our 5th day to confirm if the property was sprayed on day 2 or not. Without hesitation they were sent back to spray. This was my second experience with roaches being present inside of a champions Gate property but I really appreciated how this property manager handled the situation in comparison to another company we used prior. Second issue was our thermostat upstairs went out so it got pretty muggy up there. I was told that someone would be coming to change out the thermostat but it was never taken care of. Third issue was the pool was supposed to be heated and it wasn’t . It was only warm on the warm day when the sun was shining. Overall we really enjoyed ourselves. Property Management gets a A+ in response time to our concerns and was a great communicator. I would rent from them again!
