The newly renovated American style barn house is discreetly nestled in the secluded tranquil grounds of Birdwood Park Estate, a small seventeen acre hobby farm bound by Balingup Brook on three sides and the Avenue of Honour on the fourth. Stunning views of the surrounding rolling hills and brook are complimented by the impressive oak trees. Despite the quiet rural ambience guests are only a very short stroll from the centre of the Balingup village.
With so many exciting south west tourist locations all within an hours drive from Balingup this makes the farm stay a perfect base from which to explore the magic of the district or just as a place to unwind and enjoy the pace of rural life.

The Barn House has three comfortable bedrooms which can accommodate up to six people, an open plan living area with potbelly stove heating and a fully equipped kitchen. A barbeque is available for guests on the private out-door sitting area.

Toast, cereal and fruit for breakfast are supplied as part of the tariff however free range eggs and seasonal farm fresh produce also may be available for an additional fee.
