Equipment of the room was very good, we didn't miss anything.
Quiet area, good location for us. With bhat bus in 10 minutes for 10 bhat to Jomtien beach or other direction to Pattaya City.
Foodmart nearby (good selection of European breads and other groceries)
American breakfast and Thaifood at the restaurant nearby, my wife enjoyed it.
Wifi not stable and weak (most of the time we had to use our smartphone hotspot for looking at YouTube, that worked fine)
When we arrive the handshower at the toilet was dirty.
Roomcleaning only every 4.day, not every 3 days like advertised.

Breakfast and restaurant are not good for vegetarians like me, but there are some really good vegan restaurants nearby in Jomtien.
Overall for us it wasn't worth the price.
