I loved the Jaquzzi in my room and comfortable king bed. The air conditioner worked so well I had to turn it off

Freezing - this is not a complaint. It was 100 degrees f outside!
It was mostly positive. The only thing I questioned later was when I checked out. I went to Let them know I was leaving- i kept extending the stay by the day. When i let the office attendant I left the room clean, I collected and dumped the ttssh. With the exception of washing the towels and the bedding - obbously. When would I be getting my $100 deposit back she said what about if 40 and you take 60 ?
I feel so stupid now because there’s no reason for her to keep any of that money because that’s it. I ruined something which I didn’t said OK and I just walked out. I was stunned. That’s a little questionable. I read another review somewhere else that someone also complained about the same thin happening to them I don’t think these people know what the security deposit really for? Unfortunately for me It was a very difficult time emotionally and financially for me. Adele blindsided, but my husband been cheating on me and filing for divorce and cutting off all Financial support.

Rooms where open plan and clean
Staff asked for a $20 deposited cash not mentioned when booking when asked to get it back she gave $10 and said half is OK! And keep $10

Very spacious room for my family of 5, the babies had their own space to play with their toys and it wasn’t crowded.
Rooms look like they may have been upgraded not long ago, i appreciated that.
The room vinyl floor was disgusting. I normally always make sure my family has socks or slippers when we stay in hotels but when my toddler lifted up his feet after a few mins of no socks his feet were black. They could have done a better job mopping.
Morning after first night stay we needed more towels. The lady at the front desk questioned me if i had 4 already. I was a bit annoyed, because surely for a family of 5, 3 of them being 11 & under, you need more than 4 towels.
They were also really weird with room deposit, they said it was $20 cheapest room deposit I’ve ever heard of. And when my husband went to collect it, the lady asked for a $5 tip. That was a joke.
