Rooms where open plan and clean

Staff asked for a $20 deposited cash not mentioned when booking when asked to get it back she gave $10 and said half is OK! And keep $10

Nice quiet area with clean rooms

Just the parking but they made it work for me

Very spacious room for my family of 5, the babies had their own space to play with their toys and it wasn’t crowded. Rooms look like they may have been upgraded not long ago, i appreciated that.

The room vinyl floor was disgusting. I normally always make sure my family has socks or slippers when we stay in hotels but when my toddler lifted up his feet after a few mins of no socks his feet were black. They could have done a better job mopping. Morning after first night stay we needed more towels. The lady at the front desk questioned me if i had 4 already. I was a bit annoyed, because surely for a family of 5, 3 of them being 11 & under, you need more than 4 towels. They were also really weird with room deposit, they said it was $20 cheapest room deposit I’ve ever heard of. And when my husband went to collect it, the lady asked for a $5 tip. That was a joke.
