You have complete access to the apartment; there are no locked doors or cabinets. This is a historic property, so that that sound can travel a bit easier than a new building. Please be mindful of your noise level (especially after 10 pm) not to disturb the long-term residents next door. Please note that bringing more than the maximum number of guests allowed is not permitted. Your apartment has digital door locks so that you can check in on your own. Meeting you there in person won't be necessary, but we will be available 24/7. If you need anything at all, just send us a quick message. Neighborhood description Right smack in the middle of Midtown, meaning you are walking distance to many great restaurants and bars. Getting around You are walking distance to many places but the light rail can take you further. This can be used to get to many of the areas in downtown Sacramento as well as neighboring suburbs. There is a stop on 23rd st & R. Otherwise a short “Uber” or “Lyft” ride will get you anywhere you want to go downtown in a matter of minutes for a few bucks. You can download the app's for these services for your iPhone or android. *Thank you in advance for your understanding and compliance with the rules.* ➤ Upon booking, you will receive a rental agreement/check-in form that you are required to sign and return before your arrival ➤ If you are a local resident, you must contact us before booking ➤ Guests acknowledge that they will keep their noise level to a minimum after 10:00 pm; sound will travel through the walls if too loud. ➤ No parties or events allowed ➤ Guest must provide us with a valid ID that matches their credit card information ➤ Guest must provide us with a valid working phone number & guests listed on the reservation must report to us within 2 hours from the time of arrival if anything in regards to cleanliness does not meet their standards so we can help address the situation as soon as possible ➤ NO SMOKING or use of fire permitted in the rental; guest acknowledges that no "smoking" includes the use of vape pens and marijuana and "use of fire" includes the lighting of candles, incense, or sage. There will be a $200 charge per day of reservation if this rule is not followed ➤ There can not be any more than the allowed number of guests in or on the property at any one time, violation could lead to the immediate removal of all guests without a refund ➤ Late check-out fee of $50 (if not authorized) applies for check-outs after 11:00 am. We're sorry we have to charge this but we pay our housekeepers based on the agreed-upon checkout time and if they are unable to clean we still have to pay them ➤ We will place a small deposit hold on your credit card the day before your arrival to cover any accidental property damage that may occur and it will be released after your check out ➤ If we fail to capture your security deposit, your reservation will automatically be cancelled ➤ We would like to inform you that a 4% credit card fee will be applied to any cancellations and refunds and we will follow the platform's cancellation policy ➤ Guests who make reservations for over 28 days must sign our standard lease agreement and agree to a background check before check-in (it will be provided before check-in) ➤ As part of our commitment to maintaining a clean and comfortable environment for all guests, we require a midterm cleaning for reservations lasting 28 days or longer. The midterm cleaning will take place on the 15th day of your reservation. This cleaning is mandatory and is designed to ensure the continued cleanliness and hygiene of the property ➤ No Pets allowed ➤ Excessively dirty units will incur an additional cleaning fee and will be evidenced with photos ➤ For your security and protection the property is equipped with an exterior camera ➤ Remember to take all your belongings when checking out.
