Nice apartment, best with car or taxi

- Great view - Host provided detailed instructions on how to get there + a video (was really useful) - Cold AC - Close to the condominium's pool - Quiet & safe neighborhood - Good value for the price - Host reached out via WhatsApp - easy communication throughout our stay

- The apartment is on the top of the hill - would not recommend to anyone with a stroller or who isn't fit (but you can park in front of the apt.) -Closest grocery store is about a 20–25-minute walk from the apartment (down the hill) - Floor was not totally clean on our arrival (our socks got dirty by walking on the floor), but the bathroom was clean. - Several light fixtures were missing lightbulbs (neither bedside lamps had any bulbs in them for example) - Bit difficult to get a ride from there - manageable if you plan ahead.

I loved staying at this property and I would do it over and over again!

The locations of the property was excellent. Just walk down the 100 pathways of steps throughout the property to the main entrance, down a little hill across from fisherman's Beach or turn the corner a few steps away and your at Island Village/ Margaritaville. Walk straight down to downtown Ochi, Bay beach ect. The atmosphere of the property was very peaceful and quiet. Siren and tranquil. The pool was awesome! The inside is a studio apartment with a King bed that looked like a 5 star hotel set up (although the mattress was a bit thin) with a beautiful futon, TV and dinnet in one room. The kitchen fully equipped with fridge, stove, dishes, pots microwave ect. Nice shower in the bathroom and be careful the water is all the way hot! There's a balcony with a table and a hammock overlooking the property, pool and Ocean. So nice! I would stay here over and over again. The host was SUPER nice. She responded quickly to any request or question. Your basically there on your own but everything is good if you follow the rules. Everything that you need is right there in the vicinity. Thank you again for allowing my husband and I to visit your property. One Love ❤

Just that the hot water temparature was too high and the mattress was a bit thin. Everything else was perfect for what we were looking for.

Very good

The location was great. I loved the view of Ocho Rios from the balcony.

It was up a very steep hill with several steps to the apartment. Thank God for our taxi driver.

A home away from home in every sense.

The host was exceptional. From the booking until check out, she kept me updated and provided all the relevant info. The view from the location was awesome. The pics posted are true so there will be no surprises. The amenities provided made the stay very comfortable and everything was in working condition. The location is very safe with ample parking and well lit. You are able to maintain a lot of privacy. The security staff was very courteous and helpful. The ambiance was very quiet and serene. Also liked: fully equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi, hot water, Smart TV, close proximity to beach and town center. Will definitely be rebooking for my next visit to Ocho Rios.

Home away from home

I was able to do a late check in because of an emergency. Pee was really generous and nice. The apartment was clean and welcoming. It was home away from home. It has everything that you'll need. Will definitely be back.

Passable

The location was ideal. Very close to amenities. Alot in walking distance should you decide not to take the car.

The apartment is dated. It requires an update in furnishings. Two lizards in the dwelling, one behind air conditioning the other by window by the bed. The roads going up are disgusting, requires attention. Building also needs painting, the majority of apartments need a face lift. Picture on booking.com is not a true reflection of what you see on arrival.

Comfortable, clean and close to the centre of Ochi. Good communication with staff and property owner.

Unfortunately every time we turned the shower on, all of the electricy would cut out and we would have to wait for someone to come and switch it back on. With staff off site at night, was a little annoying not to have any electricity or hot water untill the next day. Otherwise I would happily stay here again.

I enjoy the view only

The hammock was too low, my buttocks were on the floor, and I couldn't even lay well in it without red ants crawling up on me. I had to struggle to get it at a height I can get comfortable The concierge leave us hanging, and we had to sort out the Tv ourselves. I was expecting to have easier access to food seeing that it was a huge facility, but in fact, we had to walk a far distance to get to the restaurant.

Host (Pee) is excellent. Location is great and easy to find. View is awesome. Place is very airy (if you open the windows) and peaceful. Apartment has everything a real home would. Great for both long and short term use. Will definitely be visiting again.

Didn't like the dresser/vanity blocking the front window. This is just my preference though, I'm obsessed with natural light and breeze.

The Smell, The bed was low and old, everything in this apartment need to be thrown out they are soooo old...Tv small and broken..Sad.

Disappointing

Apartment was not cleaned. Hair and toothpaste in bathroom. Sheet and pillow cases not cleaned. Appliances old. No pots. Fan filled with dust, which caused my daughter's asthma to act up. It was so hard find the place. I don't recommend if you have kids or heavy luggage. The hill is no joke. It was so frustrating.. I would not recommend.
