Feeling at home, while away from home

A comfortable apartment with beautiful interior. It was better than we expected from reviews and pictures. The house was equipped with everything that we needed and even more. The location was very quiet and calm but at a walking distance to the center. We really enjoyed our stay in this cozy apartment. If we revisit Limassol, will for sure stay there again. Recommending everyone!

Wonderful stay in Limassol

Everything was nearby in the area. I really liked the apartment, it was very spacious, big kitchen, comfortable rooms, nice terrace.

Nice place, would recommend.

A lot of space, big windows, balconies, terrace. Beautiful view on mountains and the city. Very quiet. The owner met us at 3:00a.m. in the morning. Answered all the questions about the city. Was very welcoming and helpful all the time during our visit.

Smell of mold in the bathroom.

Fantastic apartment

At the agreed upon time, we were greeted warmheartedly by the owner. He explained everything about the apartment, how everything worked. He also gave a lot of information about the area and the city.

Pleasant

The apartment was quite spacious and had a great balcony looking at the hills side. It was well equipped and allowed for a sfay of a longer period.

There was a serious issue with the provision of hot water. The solar panels were the only ones working but even those were not enough for 2 people to have a shower in the evening time. The boiler was broken and despite a plumber being called on the last day we kept on having cold showers all the days stayed. There needs to be some serious attention and maintenance on the hot water plumbing facilities. I was expecting more attention to this from the owner as we had to continuously prove that hot water is not coming.

Some little details are missing for a great experience

We loved how ample the apartment is. It has two bathrooms (only one shower, but that’s ok), two big balconies, ample kitchen, dining room, living room, two bedrooms. The owners were very kind to receive us very late (or very early) as our flight arrived at 1am to Larnaka plus 1 hour drive to Limassol.

Some appliances did not work, as the washing machine, which was very important to us as we were travelling from other places, when we reported it, the solution from the owner was: “you can go to the cleaners” and yes, we did go, and of course pay €60.

Superb

We liked our stay in RESIDENCE ONE very much. We were pleased with the space in the apartment, the nearby beach and the possibility of drying wet clothes and towels on the balcony. Besides, we enjoyed a central and quiet (at the same time) location and the great contact with the man who run the object. We hope to come back there soon. Danuta and Piotr

nice specious apartment with a great location

The host was waiting for me at agreed place and time & explained everything in the apartment. The apartment is in great location, 5' walk from seacoast road so quiet but close enough to get to seafront. Apartment nicely made and clean. Fabulous terrace with a view to the mountains and at night to the lights of Limassol. selection of bars / restaurants in very close vicinity plus a shop with a grocery.

Central location for visiting Cyprus siuth side

Very clean appartement, easy parking, good location, nice terras to chill, airco in the bedrooms and friendly hosts! Don’t get scared when you see the outside of the building, inside is very nice!!

Maybe more utilities (more towels in kitchen and bathroom, soap for shower), but pretty sure that they would provide us if we asked. ;)
