Great location and good breakfast options. Room was a bit small but had everything we needed and an extremely comfortable bed

Property is perfect for the colosseum but will require transport links to other stops in Rome. Bathroom is modern but struggled for space in the bedroom and would recommend this room for a few nights not the four we stayed as there was not a lot of room to unpack etc. Aircon and safe are good and Federico is always on hand to help.
Lift is quite rickety with us often choosing the stairs which meant climbing four floors. As mentioned earlier not a great deal of space and some areas of the property are dated and quite dirty.
