Beautiful location, nice area outside to spend time with kids, water dispensers available on corridors, nice kid club, plenty of common areas. Very helpful staff at à la carte restaurant and always accommodated our allergen requirements
- the room was not cleaned during our stay, we were not informed about this at check-in
- the parking is small and comes with additional fee - this is a distant location, naturally everyone comes by car, so would have expected this is included in the room rate
- the kitchenette in the suite is not too functional - capsule coffee machine would have been nice for this price, there is no cutlery nor glasses
- the balcony / tarrace was not clean - a lot of dust on the floor
- kids club could benefit from better ventilation
- there is no baby changing station at the pool, and the staff was not aware if there was any (there was, in the bathrooms next to the gym)
- limited vegan food choice at breakfast, eg no yoghurt for kids with allergy

Spacious room, nice balcony
Good sauna and pools (although rather small)
Paper-thin walls
Lack of staff in numbers (very low number of waiters for so many tables)
Staff in restaurants are very unattentive
No service at the pool during the day
No possibility for an earlier check-in than 16 (even with 2 small children)
Changing Towels from the spa is not possible at the spa itself, but needs to be requested by reception
No daily cleaning of the room (only on request every second day)
Breakfast after 2 days is feeling the same
Expensive restaurants, with not that high quality food
No close locations to walk in (restaurants or points of interest)
In Saunas, you are expected to have your bathing suit, which is unhygienic
