Very clean hotel, lovely and helpful staff 24/7, has laundry facility and is in a very convenient location
The room was on the smaller size but it’s to be expected from a Japanese hotel

The hotel is close to shopping and metro stations. They also had umbrellas available, however, due to the constant rain I was able to walk across the street and buy my own.
The lighting in the room was dim. There was also a substantial step up into the bathroom.

Location
Staff was not clued up with location and dont understand english. Resturant did not want to sell coffee to us. In the morning even though we guest. We had walk outside hotel to get coffee. Room was beyond small.
