We had an exceptional stay, from the very warm and friendly welcome to the hearty breakfast, the villa is amazing and the view of the city of Agen is breathtaking! We'll definitely be back

THe breakfast was amazing! Definietly worth it. Paul & Margo his daughter were lovely, genuine, nice people. They were a pleasure to have hosting the hotel.
There was no lock on the door and the toilet was separate to the room. Other than that, all was great.

Pleasant host; excellent location for a walk into the town centre. Fabulous view of the area from the top floor.
Access road is a little misleading if you are following a satnav. The road signs say No-Entry, but you have to ignore these to gain access to the property. Quite a steep driveway - care needed for cars with low front spoilers.
