Location was fantastic, very central for us. Easy to get to the trains and ferries. Walking distance for cafes and dining
For the amount of money you pay to stay there you would think they could provide a little coffee and long life milk.
Friends stayed in apartment below they at least had long life milk and one coffee sachet

Location and attractions around, ease of access (there are lifts nearby so don't need to use steps to get to streets below), very comfortable beds with heaters in each room (we stayed in winter).
Some accessories provided were too old (e.g. rusty rubbish bin in bathroom), damp smell in kitchen cupboards. Some neighbors upstairs were noisy and gate next door was very noisy scraping the bottom of the terrace.
