Onsen is lovely, clothes steamer in the room!

Amazing room, including a clothes steamer. The facility you never knew you needed until you try it! Fantastic property, and beautiful onsen facilities

Combinaison de tradition et modernité

Merveilleux bains publics à l’intérieur de l’hôtel. A savoir qu’il faut descendre en portant le pyjama et les chaussures fournies par l’hôtel.

Un peu loin du centre, mais l’emplacement par rapport à la gare est parfait.

Perfect stop to Shirakawago

Location is not far from Kanazawa station West entrance. Nice Japanese decor and beautiful Onsen. I booked a room with a washing machine. Room decor is beautiful with comfortable beds.

房間以單人來說還算舒適, 隔音也不差. 剛好被安排到有洗衣機的樓層, 非常方便. 可惜沒機會試試早餐.

離金澤車站西口近, 即使下雨, 沿路大都還有雨遮可擋.

よかった。

駅がめっちゃ近い。近所においしいおでん屋さんがあった。朝ごはんはいろいろあっておいしかった。大浴場があったので、寒い冬は助かりました。

泊まった部屋の眺望が残念だった。

還好不過24小時提供的麵包並不好吃很乾也沒更換過口味第二天已經吃不下去

1.離金澤車站相當近，一樓有濾掛咖啡可拿取 2.早餐相當豐富，非常好吃 3.員工細心，服務好又快速 4.房間相當乾淨，第一次入住飯店有提供電棒捲的 5.大眾池也是很乾淨，提供Dyson 吹風機

最高！また行きたいです！

ちょっとテンション上がるくらい金沢らしさがあり、部屋も広々清潔でした。近くに居酒屋やコンビニもあり、なんの不自由もありませんでした。温泉ではありませんでしたが大浴場もあり、冬の金沢ではありがたかったです。パーキングの方の接客も大変よかったです。本当にありがとうございました。

pleasant hotel

Comfortable hotel, varied and delicious food, friendly staff and very helpful in looking after our belongings when we couldn't return to the hotel due to the Japanese earthquake on January 1 2024, close to Kanazawa train station, just a 5 minute walk. our family loves this hotel.

Generally a good stay, great breakfast.

Breakfast was great with a decent spread that included western and japanese buffet options. Be sure to include breakfast in your hotel booking, otherwise the breakfast tables might be fully booked and the hotel unable to accommodate your request for breakfast if you book on the spot. The hotel does not have parking but affordable parking (you pay at a meter) is available right opposite the hotel and if that is full, there are nearby options as well. The rooms are very comfortable and the hotel is very well located, within walking distance to JR station and adjacent malls with great food options. If you are in to Pokemon, the Pokemon Centre sells a kimono-dressed Pikachu thats available only from the Kanazawa centre. There is also an Irish Pub right outside the hotel

Very hard to find anything to quibble about.. I suppose if I have to write anything, the toilet paper is single ply and strangely for our room, we were given just one set of towels / yukata, even though there were two of us in the room (not sure if the hotel reception recorded the number of guests correctly) As mentioned earlier, we forgot to include breakfast ahead of time when we booked and we were told that breakfast was "fully booked" but we can try our luck to see if the breakfast restaurant can accomodate us on the day itself. So be sure to book early.

早餐很豐富，好多的金澤當地食材，飯店位置離車站很近，每天進進出出也不覺得累，還有大浴池可以泡湯消除旅遊的疲勞，喜歡海鮮的人ㄧ定要去「近江市場」，不想走太遠的，車站內的「魚菜園」大推，便宜又好穿

住在12樓，就有付費洗衣服的設施，不用準備100円的零錢，用交通卡b一下就好了，櫃檯的高岡志織小姐，很貼心的解決了我們的住房問題，對她十分感謝

床的頭上有窗戶，剛好遇到冷氣團來襲，晚上風會從窗戶竄進房間，頭被風吹到會痛

LOVED IT!

Fantastic Hotel!! Had everything you needed in your room! Even a dry cleaner!! Clean, beds super comfy, location is great, amenities available and just grab any coffee needed downstairs in reception, on your way up. The hotel is beautiful, the decor is so calming and as a florist, loved the flower arrangements on the different floors. The staff were great at organising my luggage delivery to my next hotel and generally very helpful and friendly. Would happily stay here again, in a heartbeat. Room size is much bigger than the other hotel rooms I've stayed at so far

Excellent stay in a well-located hotel.

Good location, friendly and helpful staff, excellent buffet breakfast, lovely onsen. Everything was very clean.

Our chosen booked room we felt was too small (deluxe double) once we viewed it as we were staying for 3 nights. We saw on booking.com there were still larger rooms available. We were happy to pay extra but the staff very kindly upgraded us to a larger room at no extra cost.

Great value and location!

Good location, near the station but in a quiet street. Had a nice onsen in the hotel, it was relaxing and enjoyable. It was clean,

The room size was very small. One other tiny remark is that our coffee cups weren’t cleaned or replaced over the day due to the hotel cleaning policy.

駅やバスターミナルと近かったのでとてもアクセスが良かったので便利でした。繁華街とは反対側だったので静かでよかったです。部屋やお風呂が大変快適でした。ホテルの館内がいい香りだったのも印象的でした。

Close to the station, very comfortable.

Convenient place to stay for a short trip to Kanazawa

From start to finish we really enjoyed our stay here. The staff were welcoming and helpful. Our room was spacious with a great bath. We also enjoyed some of the additional facilities like the laundry and Onsen, which made our trip more comfortable. Breakfast was great. The neighborhood isn't great if you want to do sightseeing on foot, but it is very convenient to access public transit around the city with plenty of good eats nearby. Would stay again.

Very new business hotel, comfortable, functional and conveniently located right next to the station

We must have been the first people to ever stay in our room, it was completely new, unscuffed and very clean. The room was on the smallish side (which is absolutely normal for Japan) but had absolutely everything you need including a clothes refreshing and drying closet, which was desperately needed after we got caught in the rain. It generally feels more like a business hotel, and aside from us tourists it was mostly business travellers here, which also means that the hotel is stylish but functional. The hotel lobby is stylish and the breakfast room "simple and functional", but the breakfast buffet is good offering a selection of western and Japanese dishes. The hotel is located right next to the main station, so very easy to get to, if you're travelling by Shinkansen.

The hotel, while very close to the main station, is a far way away from the main shopping and dining district of Katamachi and the other sights like the Geisha district or the castle. We enjoyed walking everywhere so didn't find it too bad, but if you're not too good on foot you might prefer something more centrally located.
