Friendly and very accommodating staff. The breakfast was wonderful. I really liked their PannaCotta.

Great looking property. The Onsen was very nice w/wonderful bath toiletries that certainly was luxurious. Liked location to train station. Room and hotel was very clean. Staff was friendly.

Check in process was redundant, they asked for our passport twice, they provided 1 pillow for each of us.

The Location was good, they had drinks in the lobby and amenities. Change of towel.
They didn’t clean properly the room, there were a lot of hair, at least they had sleepers so I wouldn’t touch the floor. And the room had a weird smell at the entrance.
They had 3 washing machine for the entire building and it takes at least 1-2 hours. I just went to a coin laundry near the hotel which was faster, it cost me 400 yen more. Better than to wait and never know when I could use the washing machine at the hotel.
