Subir dois andares sem elevador e com a mala. Para chegar à recepção já tem que subir um andar pela escada. O café da manhã não tem muita opção e não tem pessoa(s) atendendo para pedir um ovo frito, por exemplo.

La atención del personal y la ubicación cercana a la plaza de armas y a los puntos de inicio de la mayoría de tours.
Puede variar un poco mas el desayuno, asi como contar con equipos para calentar pan

Ubicacion y que me brinden ventana
* No había tacho de basura disponible en la habitación, solo en el baño
* El agua caliente no funcionaba correctamente: en una ocasión tuve que esperar más de 20 minutos para obtener solo agua tibia y en otra oportunidad únicamente salió agua fría.
* No había enchufes de tipo redondo; se solicitó un adaptador pero no tenían y tuve que esperar casi 2 horas para que me brinden una extension
* La puerta del baño era incómoda y el espacio del baño muy angosto.
* La atención de la señora del cafetín fue pesima e incluso me indico que me iba a dar lo que habia.
* La cama hacía mucho ruido simplemente al acostarse.
