Location
I received an approval for an early check-in without additional charge. When I arrived, the clerk refused to honor the approval and charged us for half a day. We even showed him the approval, but he totally disregarded it.
Later on, I asked for a roll of toilet paper. I was told we only get one per day

Tiene lo básico y por el precio andaba bien
Es muy antiguo y no pudimos tomar desayuno porque lo servían más tarde
