Pleasant

The apartment was not very clean and most of the evenings there was sewer smell. It is also quite noisy.

Overall very convenient location and wi-fi was excellent

Very good location for eating and proximity for the conference centre

No plug for sink in kitchen and no tea towels Very few hangers in bedroom on the "hanging posts - we were at an exhibition and had smart clothes Did not know what to do with the rubbish Shower tray was very wobbly therefore slippery

Nice place for a short stay in a good location if you have access to buses and trams

Although the location was so close to LX Factory, it was actually very quiet at night. The bed in the main bedroom was comfy but the sheets didn’t fit and we had to redo the bed every night.

The apartment was very oddly set out and felt claustrophobic. There wasn’t a washing machine would would have been good. The apartment smelt strongly of cigarettes throughout the stay including the bedding which was unpleasant.

A very convenient stay

Having a kitchenette was great. location was perfect - next LX Factory and Lisboa Congress center - VERY convenient. Public transportation (Calvario station), supermarket (Lidl) and great restaurant (O Mercado) only a few steps away. Terrace was also very nice.

A bit noisy, but it didn't really matter. All the benefits largely compensate :) A bit far from the city center if you are a tourist, BUT if you need to attend a meeting in LCC it is the perfect location.

Nice and clean but noisy

Inside the apartment is nice, renovated and clean. The staff were really friendly and helpful. It is very close to LX factory that has lots of nice restaurants and also walking distance from the congress center.

The outside of the building/entrance is very old and because it’s very close to LX factory and the bridge, plus being on the ground floor, it’s very noisy at night and you can hear the trains passing all night.

Great location if you want to spend time in LX factory but with small rooms

Great location. The property is inside the LX factory and despite that it was fairy quite. The property was clean with nice garden. Good facilities inside the property.

The sleeping rooms are very very small, the photos are very carefully taken. The only ventilation of the toilet was to the dinning area!
