Clean and tidy rooms , close to the port - great eating areas and friendly staff

Location: very near the business venue; very close to Liteport
Price: Cheaper but room is kept clean and the Seaview room is a favorite
Staff: Most of the staff are friendly and accommodating
Bathroom facilities - shampoo/conditioner/liquid soap container needs to be replaced
Not sound proof rooms - you can clearly hear the other guests talking even when they are inside the room

The hotel was within walking distance of the ferry pier, convenient. Room with view over the harbour.
There is a scooter hire outlet just outside to the right.
Breakfast was purely Filipino style, not really suited for foreigners' needs.

We wanted to be close to the pier for our last night. Simple low budget so we got what we paid for.
The breakfast, if you can call it that. Clean? Shower needs renovating/updating. But like I said, we got what we paid for.
