Great stay! Clean room, a/c worked well, shower was great. Staff very friendly.
The host asked us if we wanted two twins or a double bed as we are a couple and we requested the double. But then he proceeded to give us the twin room hahahah not a big deal but just funny!

Friendly and happy staff, with tricycles/tuk-tuks readily available and the port within walking distance.
Unfortunately, my family and I did not enjoy our stay. While the hotel appeared clean at first glance, the beds seemed to require more thorough cleaning. We felt itchy throughout the night, struggled to sleep comfortably, and were alarmed to find a large cockroach behind the bed headboard.
Shortly after checking into our room, there was a power outage that left the room hot and uncomfortable. As a result, we spent much of our time away from the hotel, including trips to the mall, which is approximately a 20-minute tricycle ride away.
The location was also less convenient than expected, being somewhat far from downtown, although it is within a 10-minute walk of the port.
In addition, the soundproofing could be improved, as we could clearly hear water running and toilets flushing in neighboring rooms. We also noticed a large visible hole in the bathroom window curtain.
Another inconvenience was that the hotel only accepts cash payments. Given its city location, accepting card payments would make transactions much more convenient for guests.Overall, the stay did not meet our expectations. I hope management will address these issues, including cleanliness, maintenance, noise insulation, and payment options, to improve the guest experience for future visitors.
