Could have been better.

The location

The smell of the room and no hot water in the shower.

Clean, simple, kitchenette included, more like a contractor's hotel...

One person staff. Was easy off the highway, plenty of parking, cold rooms, clean

I put in the reservation notes, requesting an earlier than 3 p.m. checkin, as I had my daughter and 2 granddaughters traveling with me, ages 14 months and 4 years old. Which I might add, were much quieter than the dog in the room next to us that was not happy when his owner left. Anyway, "no early check-in available, no notes on my account, check back at 2:30 is what I was told, and it could be an additional $25." Let me tell you what, I had a reservation, with a confirmation, stating all of this information, and that it was confirmed. We had to wait until 3:00 check-in because that's just when you can, per your staff. Nobody on staff after 8:00p.m., so if an emergency, there's an emergency number!!

I had a long day with my family and friends at the beach and I was too tired to drive home so I ended up booking this ho

From the outside it was well taken care of. The inside was the same as well. Although it did smell like people were smoking in the hotel. Not sure if they allow that but I didn’t mind it so much.

Like an old motel 6 . You get a low price and bare minimums

Fair price. But terrible towels , no shampoo, you get bare minimum for your money. Probably won’t stay there again.

This hotel charged me a completely different price than Booking had put me in my reservation. Her explanation was completely illogical, the lady at the front desk with poor customer service.

Passable

The location was great. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

Bed was not very comfortable and i was a little disappointed you only had one very small and uncomfortable pillow. No coffee pot in the room.

Disappointing

Room was clean. That's about it!

Queen size bed would have been nice as advertised; double bed in room. Complete kitchen but no utensils, etc. No coffee make; no hair dryer; no maid service. Would not stay again; did not realize it was a tenant dwelling; thought it was a motel.

it was clean and quiet great location

not that I didn’t like it but got no soap. shampoo blow dryer etc…. guess I should have looked into it a little more before booking

The closeness to work,animal friendly hotel.

The smell that lingers in the halls,the dirtyness of the halls and the laundromat.and the room floors were dirty Move in my floors were dirty ×3scrubs I scrubbed every evening.

overall, it was very comfortable

super clean and friendly staff members! I arrived at midnight and they had everything ready for me when I got there to check in quickly and get some rest

beds were rather firm for my taste and the toilet is super low to the ground. not easy to use for tall people.

Worst hotel I have stayed at in many years because of the quality. The staff was pleasant.

The staff was nice.

The hallways and room smelled, there was a stain on the sheets, the lighting was fluorescent, beds were VERY uncomfortable.
