Absolute gem of a find and value for money

The property location was perfect, there is so much to do around the area and close to the beach there is an on-site shop which is amazing and different takeaways including Chinese ! There was everything you needed such as cooking utensils and a shower which for a caravan was really powerful. Another thing to add my disabled grandson left his clothes and the owner kindly posted them to us which I think is genuinely lovely and not a lot of property owners would do this!

The place could do with a bit jussing up possibly I.e rust stains on the sofa bed and on some mattresses as well as little essentials such as bin bags or washing up liquid, however did not bother us massively as everything’s else trumped this.

Family holiday ❤️

Lovely spacious and comfy caravan very clean 👌. Site had good facilities bit of a walk to the nearest beach but otherwise good location.

We were a large family of 5 so only downside was that it was a bit difficult to cook for us all as limited pans but in the future if i were to book again I would take my own larger pans with me

Very good

Lovely location, everything is of walking distance. The caravan had everything we needed in the kitchen. The decking was a bonus, kids loved it.

The toilet needed to be cleaned especially the sink. The double bed wasn't too comfy

Passable

Owner was lovely and very helpful. Cleaner kept checking in on us and was kind although we needed a dustpan and brush but never got one. Swimming pool was good but had to pay to swim. Location was good with everything you needed around and close to park so little ones could play although taken over by teenagers later on in the day. Caravan veranda was good but some broken so needed to be extra careful outside.

The caravan had a leak through the skylight which made the floor dangerous and I slipped several times even with having a towel down - it got soaked overnight and I slipped on this too. The weather was terrible and the owner said he knew about the leak.

Clean and near shops. Play ground very close.

Cost of swimming was £10 for one session for 1 adult and 1 child (3)!!!!

It was the perfect first holiday for our family and will definitely come back again.

The location was perfect we weren’t too far away from the park for our children and were surrounded by friendly and considerate people.

Family break

Had a fantastic time felt welcome great for family's and kids loads to do great value for money. Also Shirley was amazing. Very polite and friendly also very helpful wonderful lady will definitely be returning.

Very good

The Entertainment Team were all absolutely amazing, full day & night programme for the kids was by far the best entertainment I’ve ever experienced in this country at a family park. The soft play was a lovely addition, the pool was excellent (£4.00 per person)

Lovely caravan on a great site

Great location of caravan. Near to the park for the kids but not too near that it's noisy. Place to park right outside.Lovely site in a great place for exploring the area. Beach is only a few mins walk. Bus stop right outside the site if you want to go into skegness.Caravan was clean and had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend for a nice family break.

We had a really nice time for our weekend away, the caravan was lovely and clean and there was plenty to do on site, the club and pool was shut due to covid but there was a nice little park for our little boy to play on
