Sonos sound, a wood stove for cooler nights, and a Roku TV in guest mode streaming over high-speed Starlink—modern comfort with a minimalist touch.

Solar-Powered, Storm-Ready:
Solar panels and battery storage keep power running even through outages. A heat pump handles year-round comfort, and a Level 2 EV charger by the barn keeps your electric vehicle ready for the next adventure.

Sleeping arrangements:

Bedroom 1 (Master): King bed, ensuite bathroom.
Bedroom 2: Queen bed plus a twin bunk, with its own ensuite. Note: this room isn't private — you'll walk through it to reach the Master Bedroom, so the layout suits one family best rather than multiple groups traveling together.
Living Room: Queen sofa bed, bedding included.

We supply all bedding and bath linens, plus body wash, shampoo, conditioner, dish soap, toilet paper, tissues, paper towels, and trash bags. A washer and dryer are on-site for laundry. High-speed Starlink internet (300 Mbps) and a Level 2 EV charger (J1772 — Tesla, Rivian, and more) round things out.

Security Cameras:
Please note we have two exterior cameras for security purposes - one in front of the house facing the driveway and one at the gate as you enter the property.

Drinking Water:
Our well water tastes great. It's double filtered through a whole house filter and there's a Brita filter in the kitchen for additional filtration. Please bring your reusable water bottles and save money and our planet. Thanks!

Internet:
With Starlink Internet, you can combine work and play. On average we get 300MBPS down / 100MBPS up which is great for Zoom calls for your whole group.

Electric Vehicle Charging (Additional Cost):
We have a standard level 2 EV charger that you can use to charge any EV for an additional cost. We will let you know exactly how much you used during your stay and charge you what the power company will charge us for KWH used at the end of your trip. Tesla owners, don’t forget to get your J1772 adapter!

Pets:
We are pet-friendly and accept up to two pets. If you are bringing your pet, please let us know when you book. We charge an of $60/pet/stay for additional cleaning. Below are the house rules that you MUST follow:

- Pet must be house broken
- Pets are NOT allowed on any furniture or beds
- Pet MUST NOT be left unattended at home anytime
- You should pick up after the pet in and around the property

Groceries & Restaurants:
Since we are between Mariposa and the Park, it would be convenient to do your groceries in Mariposa on the way to the home. Pioneer Market is open until 10:00 pm throughout the year. There’s also an organic country health food store that we love with lots of vegetarian options. They usually close at 7:30 PM.

There are a few nice restaurants in Mariposa that might require reservations during busy times of the year. None of them stay open super late, so please call ahead.
