Our home was thankfully not impacted by Hurricane Ian and is available to rent. Any families seeking temporary housing while their home is under repair from the hurricane can message me to discuss a discounted rate** Recently renovated and furnished 3 bed/2 bath located in beautiful Naples, FL. Property is just minutes to beaches, grocery stores, restaurants, nightlife, and shopping. Bikes are available to visit the beach (5 min ride), watch the sunset, or explore the neighborhood. Property comes fully furnished with all your cooking and kitchen supplies, washer and dryer, patio furniture, BBQ grill, fishing poles, golf clubs, beach chairs/umbrellas and more to meet all of your vacation needs! This property is also great for families with young children as it comes with a pack and play, high chair, and children's toys. Come enjoy all the beautiful things Naples has to offer! Beautiful house with all you need for your vacations. Kids enjoyed the pool and movie time in the living room. Bedrooms and bathrooms are great. Meghan was very communicative and responded quick to all my questions. I wouldn't doubt to come back for next vacations. Thanks Meghan.

This is a lovely and clean home located within a short driving distance of beautiful beaches, and all the stores and restaurants one could ask for. The home is tastefully decorated with a beach vibe, and has everything needed for a comfortable visit. The kitchen is updated, clean, and well-stocked. The owner has plenty of beach items, including chairs, umbrellas, bikes and toys. The bathrooms are cute, updated and have wonderful water pressure! Our family enjoyed the stunning new pool the most, and the sunshelf was perfect for our toddler. Definitely would come back here if we visited again!

Excellent location, near the beach and golf courses, great to have a good time with family and friends. The house was remodeled exquisitely, confortable beds, smart tv, nice kitchen, heated pool and great communication. All we needed. 100% recommended!!!

The home was perfect for our needs. The house is super cute and although we did not use pool it’s beautiful. Megan and Ross are truely amazing hosts. The communication was excellent. They were very helpful and even recommended restaurants which we enjoyed. House is in great neighbor and we would defineatly stay here again.

Last weekend my family and I travelled on a weekend getaway to the city of Naples, we wanted to be near the beach and stay in a place that would provide us with everything we needed to have a worry-free mini-vacation. We got all this and more under one place, Meghan's beach house! From the location, decoration to the most recent additions such as the pool and the kitchen, they make it a comfortable and cozy place. Meghan continues to make renovations to the place to make it even more pleasant for guests, soon new guests will be able to enjoy completely remodeled bathrooms and laundry room! I highly recommend this place! We will surely be coming back to make more family memories!

This house is perfect for a family get away or a girls trip! It has it all! It’s beautiful and well stocked with everything you need such as beach towels, and chairs in case you want to hit the beach which is only a 5 min drive away by car. It had all the necessities to make our stay comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked, and the pool was great! It’s right around the corner from The Mercato which has great nightlife, and places to eat. Also the host definitely deserves 5 stars! She was quick to answer and so kind as well as accommodating. We’re definitely grateful we found this gem!

This was the perfect spot for our family of 4 - quick easy walk to the ocean, or in the other direction quick walk or short drive to shops and restaurants. Located in a quiet neighborhood, was great for some relaxation and yet so close to everything. House was very clean, all of the main necessities were onsite like paper products, laundry detergent, coffee filters etc. Beautiful new pool was a highlight and we certainly enjoyed it. Cannot say enough good things about communication, we messaged with some questions initially before arriving and we had replies back very quickly from the owners, extremely hospitable and very responsive. Great place to stay, we are excited for our next trip to the Naples area!

The host was very accommodating! The baby equipment and toys were super clean and so handy. We asked for an extended checkout time and the host was more than generous with our checkout time. Very comfortable with family and little ones.

We enjoyed our stay at Meghan's place! The house had everything we needed, the beds were comfortable, and we enjoyed being able to use bikes and beach equipment during our stay. Meghan was prompt with all communication and the check-in process was easy! Vanderbilt Beach and the State Park were close and very nice!

The property was located in a great neighborhood. Close to the beach and stores. However the property we stayed at was a different story. The house did not have items that we needed. When we got there the garbage was overflowing. There was no garbage bags. The washer and dryer did not work properly. The garage was a mess. The umbrella for the ocean was broke. Food found under the coffee table. Working with Meghan was a wonderful experience though
