The Nani a fost cazarea noastra din Ubud unde am petrecut 5 nopti. Primirea a fost excepțională, personalul foarte dragut - in special RAI, ea ne a întâmpinat la receptie, a avut grija sa ne dea informatii pe toata perioada si a fost foarte atenta si draguta la toate solicitările. Locatia este destul de curata, dar este loc de mai bine - in special la baie. Mi a placut ca a existat serviciu de curatenie zilnică daca voiai si mereu curățau si zona publica unde era piscina. Micul dejun este ok, insa merita mult mai mult sa luati micul dejun in Ubud. Nu am avut probleme cu Insectele, lucru care a fost foarte important pentru mine. Per total, a fost o ședere foarte buna!
Totul a fost bine, doar curatenie si întreținerea lucrurilor ar putea fi îmbunătățită

Good cafe downstairs where you can work comfortably. Friendly staff aleays willing to help and keep your room clean.
A bit noisy in the mornings due to the rooster farm nearby. Sometimes the towels had notable dirt stains. The location feels a bit in the middle of nowhere, but you’re still 10 minutes away from the center.

From the first I arrived here, I got very warmth welcome from Mba Ria. She's really nice and humbled. The lobby area was nice and have a good vibes just like you know about ubud. We can ordered breakfast in room. The food taste good. I got 3rd floor room. The room was cleaned, the space of bathroom is quite big. And also there's netflix in your room. The balcony is good also. Overall I will be back. Thanks the Nani !
The parking lot is too small. There's no lift so it little bit exhausting for elder people if they got on 3rd floor.

Balinese people in general are super friendly, but the staff here is extraordinary. Always happy to help with any inquiry you may have. Rooms are nice and clean, just as the whole common area. Motorbikes can be rented directly here - the city center is just a 10 min ride away. The newly opened Cafe at the place offers good food for reasonable prices.
All in all a great value for price - I can recommend it.

- Die Lage ist gut (sowohl zum Zentrum als auch zu den Attraktionen im Norden, ca. 10-15 min Fahrt)
- Das Hotel sieht in echt deutlich schlechter aus als auf den Bildern auf Booking.com. Es handelt sich um bearbeite Bilder, die nicht den aktuellen Zustand der Zimmer widerspiegelt
- Das Badezimmer hat nach Abfluss gestunken, sodass die Tür immer aufgelassen werden musste
- Wir hatten an einem Abend kein warmes Wasser im Zimmer
- Die Tapete an der Wand hat sich gelöst, wahrscheinlich durch Feuchtigkeit
- Das Zimmer fühlte sich feucht an, sodass die Bettdecke usw. sich klamm angefühlt haben
- Wir hatten eine Ameisenstraße im Zimmer, die über unsere Taschen und Koffer gelaufen ist. Wurde dann vom Personal beseitigt
- Die Matratzen von Bett wurden durch ein Plastikseil zusammengehalten, was beim schlafen sehr gestört hat
- Das Personal hat beim Ansprechen der oben genannten Punkte oft keine Lösung

La habitación era muy amplia y cómoda. Estaba limpia aunque no reluciente. Las zonas comunes estaban bonitas aunque la piscina un poco sucia. La comunicación con el personal muy buena y nos ayudaron en todo lo posible.
Piscina algo sucia. Excursiones ofertadas más caras de lo que puedes encontrar fuera del hotel.

Room was nice and pool. Staff were nice. Cool location in jungle. Just not that close to the centre.
DO NOT DO WASHING WITH THEM RUINED SO MANY CLOTHES AND LOST THEM. Got offered about £20 back for at least £200+ worth of ruined or lost clothing. Also lots of bugs around the hotel.

Beaucoup d’humilité dans la chambre, l’extracteur d’humidités ne fonctionne pas comme il faudrait pour extraire toute l’humidité dans l’air de la chambre
Dommage qu’il y ait 2-3 coqs juste à côté de l’hôtel. Ceux-ci crient non stop entre 5h et 9h du matin. Il est difficile d’avoir une nuit reposante avec ces coqs qui réveillent tout le monde :/

We absolutely loved our stay here. The staff is very friendly and happy to help at any time. The room was clean and big and so was the bathroom. The bed was extremely comfortable and spacious and the location is also perfect in a more quiet area that lies in the middle between the rice terraces and the city, about a 10-15 min scooter ride each way. You can also rent a scooter at the hotel, which is very convenient. There is roosters in the morning, which is not the hotel‘s fault, but it’s not too bad and earplugs really help.

The staff was very helpful and you can rent a scooter from the location
The location is a bit north of Ubud, so you'll need a Grab ride or scooter to wander around the area.
The hotel is located in an actual corner of the jungle, next to a river and some rice fields and you may wake up in the middle of the night with gecko lizards on your walls. The doors and windows do not seal perfectly, so they can get inside your room pretty easy.

Staff SUPER friendly, lobby seating has amazing views and pool and very comfortable. However, location might be far if you don’t have bike, but we rented a bike from the hotel itself 👍🏻

The staff were fantastic always a warm welcoming, they ensured the facilities and room was kept clean at all times. We made use of the laundry service and some evening meals at the hotel and both were excellent service and fantastic value for money (even more handy we put it all on our room and paid by card at checkout). The breakfast included has multiple options and is very good.
Staff went above and beyond for our special welcoming to celebrate our anniversary was lovely.
The location was perfect for us we used grab bikes to get around and it was a 10 min ride to the ride terraces tourist attraction and a similar time for a trip into Ubud Central to enjoy the hustle and bustle along with some great restaurants.
The hotel is also 10 min walk away from Gymnasium Bali which we made use of whilst we stayed.
The hotel also offers motor bikes for rental, massages, drivers etc for reasonable prices but don’t push you to use them it’s just very handy to have the options all there.
Highly recommended for a tropical escape! We would happily return.

the property looks modern, nice rooms but not really clean. towels looking grey and holes on it. if the owner could improve it it will be a rate 10 hotel. workers are really nice, they helped me looking for my fiancé medicine in the middle of the night as he was suffering from stomach ache.

Great location, next to Ubud park, but in a calm quiet place, away from the hustle and bustle. The staff is great! Very attentive and good-natured staff, which creates an atmosphere of comfort and coziness. I felt at home, away from home.
A rooster in a neighboring house screamed every morning and evening. But this does not apply to the hotel in any way, although it was annoying

the staff were super friendly, always asking how our day had been and making sure we can get from A to B! Super nice! Breakfast was delicious, especially the indonesian! We also got juices, coffee and fruit included each day.
Shower sometimes temperamental (too hot or too cold) and we occasionally had a noisy cockerel in the middle of the night, but appreciate that’s what you get for living in the amazing jungle/farmland.

The suite with private pool was amazing! The aesthetic of the room is everything, room is spacious enough and comfortable.
There isn't hot water for shower sometimes during the night, the fridge makes a weird electric noise at times. Breakfast could be better. But aside from this, we still enjoyed our stay very much and staff's service is great and friendly.
