The staff are very welcoming and friendly. The hotel is just a few minutes by scooter from the busiest part of Ubud, and you can get pretty much anywhere within 10–15 minutes, so the location is perfect! The property itself is very nice, especially considering the price and the room was very clean.
As mentioned in other reviews, we noticed a few stains on the sheets, but they looked like permanent marks rather than dirt, so it wasn’t a major issue for us.
The bathroom could use some maintenance: it’s spacious and clean, but the shower didn’t close at all and some parts of the bathtub were rusty or worn, making it not inviting. These details didn’t affect our overall rating, but they’re worth mentioning for guests who pay attention to this kind of thing.

Location was perfect . Close to Ubud center but far from the traffic and noise. Very peaceful location with good restaurants around and money ch sheet just across that gives the best rate . Very nice e pool and restaurant inside the hotel as well.
Very old hotel. There was a smell in the room and I had to sleep all doors open with AC running. Towels were so old and over used that I could not use them. Floors, showers everything old and not well maintained not improved over time. Water pressure was not good .
Toilet had spill to the floor , and there were 11 electric switch inside the room. Very old hotel which didnot get any renovation I guess. But the location was excellent and staff was very friendly and helpful. Whether I come back to this property is big question mark.
