The price and location.
I don’t know whose room looks like the one pictured above-
Well lit with a breeze.
Mine was dark and no fresh air to come in.

Easy to get to, comfortable bed, sink in the room, nice people.
Breakfast was not much food choice, it was continental. Lots of sugary stuff, no protein. They actually had Dunkin doughnuts. Who eats doughnuts?
Nowhere comfortable to sit in the room but the bottom bunk.
No natural light in the rooms - I slept until 9:30am!

Incredible location, lovely people, and beautiful place that really made the difference to my stay! If you're a solo traveler it has everything you need and is the most perfect location to any public transport and is easy to navigate if you walk. There were less bathrooms that i expected but i never had any issues using them when i needed or accessing any facilities at all.

The staff was very friendly. Breakfast was better than what I expected. The location is great and safe.
It was too loud, especially the noise from the street, which was very annoying.
The toilet didn't have a sink, so to wash your hands, you either need to go to the next door, the shower area, or to your room, and this makes me question the cleanliness of that place a lot. It looked clean as it was free of hair.
On the previous reviews, it was mentioned that they provide shampoo and body wash, dont expect little personal bottles or anything like that.
And the mattress was very uncomfortable.
