The room was clean and comfy.
Apartment and corridor smells really bad. There is another people at the same floor who lives there. You have to run the corridor to get to the hostel because pf the smell and mess.

The host was very kind. He provided us with additional stuff like mineral water, cakes, coffee, tea. Everybody get new throwaway slippers. When we left he gave us a souvenir. Everything was very clean. When our neighbors did a mess after party, he cleaned it up himself so as not to disappoint other renters. I really recommend this place. The only minus is staircase, but when you entry the place everything is ok.
