Around 10 minutes walk to Opera theatre, very clean. We had an econom room - it is very small, but we needed it only to sleep, so it was great choice with cool price.
Payment in cash. Sometimes it can be a problem as cash - not a very popular option today.
Very tiny doors to bathroom and toilet. For big people it might be an issue.

The place is in the center, and close ATB into 10 steps, which is cool + tram-train stop is very near.
Bit dark, and very tiny
(but when there is any electricity, it isn’t fault of this hotel, the situation is problematic for all Ukraine)

Clean, warm and comfortable
Size of the room is pretty small, but enough for a short stay
There is a small table, but no chair

The bathroom was shared but there was a private toilet which I didn't expect. Room was clean.
Lack of soundproofing. The blinds are insufficient to keep out sunlight in morning. Curtains needed.
