Great experience while staying in La Spezia! Very nice apartment in a great location!

The location was just great! In the center of the main street. Nice and clean.

Logement confortable, propre et bien placé, idéal pour découvrir les 5 Terre

L'arrivée autonome, la chambre très jolie, le lit très confortable, le ménage fait tous les jours, la chambre était très propre et spacieuse. Le logement est assez proche de la gare, à deux pas de la rue principale et entouré de commerces.

Manque d'opacité la nuit, légèrement bruyant. Dommage de ne pas mettre plus de capsules de café à disposition et des tasses réutilisables au lieu de tasses en carton.

Danke! Komme gern wieder!

Ich musste aus privaten Gründen nach la Spezia reisen und habe mich nach stresssiger Anreise sofort sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Ausstattung ist funktional und gemütlich , die Lage perfekt. Giuseppe ist ein wunderbarer Gastgeber, an den man sich jederzeit wenden kann.

Studio frumos, aranjat cu gust, modern, spatios. Paturi comfortabile (1 pat dublu si unul simplu), bucatarie utilata, baie moderna, articole de dus, prosoape curate, capsule pt cafea, caldura, aer conditionat, terasa cu scaune, pozitionare centrala, baruri si magazine in imprejurimi.

Vederea inspre curtea interioara, tantari, nu am gasit papucii de casa care sunt inclusi in facilitati, aparatul de cafea de pe hol nu a functionat in ziua plecarii noastre, usa cabinei de dus nu se inchide complet.

I would definitely recommend staying here!

Wonderful! It was very clean. Great location, pastries and gelato right next to the flat. Giuseppe was FANTASTIC, he answered questions through email almost immediately, even gave us good recommendations of places to eat.

The communication through the Bookings website was not great. We had no idea how to get into the room until we checked with Bookings Messages to see the codes. It would have been so much easier to have received an email with that information.

Great place, central location, excellent value.

We were quite late for reservation and even for check-in, but this automatic system worked pretty well! The host were super helpful and kind, he has given all the infos, and helped regarding the parking in late hours. Thank you for this. The room were spotless clean, comfy, good bed. thank you for everything.

Good place to access Cinque Terre walk

Location is ok. It is in town. Parking is tricky on the street. You will be carrying your suitcases up a flight of stairs. Walk to train for Cinque Terre.

This felt like a backpackers. The room was ok, but the feel of the building and layout of all the rooms on the floor was not much different to a single room in a backpackers. It's ok to rest for the night.

Very good. You get the value of your money. I would definitely stay here again.

My friend and I loved our stay in Cavour. It was a few minutes away from La Spezia Centrale, very convenient when going to the other towns. The bed was comfy. The bathroom was great - there were toiletries ready for us to use. The room was big and clean.

There was no common bathroom/toilet for us to use after check out.

Excellent! Amazed with the arrangement!

The location is good, very close to cinque terre which helps us to save a lot of time.

Since we are carrying bulky luggage, the only things that we are missing is the elevator. But with the help of the host, it gets much easier to carry to our accommodation stay.

It was easy to go in and out with the code they give us. They stored my luggage so I can spend my last day exploring the city before my train.
