About this villa rental
Villa Di Lusso is the perfect holiday home for families or groups of friends! Refurbished to a high standard, with 5 bedrooms, ample living and entertainment areas, a large swimming pool and very convenient location, it is the ideal home for your holiday in Marbella.
The villa offers a modern layout and décor. On the entrance level there are 5 double bedrooms: 1 double with access to the terrace with sea views; One twin room with ensuite shower room; one room with 2 bunk beds, 1 further double with a small balcony overlooking the pool, and an ensuite master double bedroom with access to the terrace. There is a guest loo, a shared bathroom and a large living room with access to the terrace, a large TV and feature fireplace.
Downstairs, there is a fantastic entertainment/games room that leads out to the pool and garden. There is a bar area, lounge area, TV, pool table and table-tennis set. There is a guest loo and access to the laundry room.
Just off the games room, separated by sliding doors, is the kitchen/dining area and a TV lounge. The kitchen is fully equipped with the latest appliances. The centre island also provides bar seating. There is access to the lower terrace with outdoor lounge and dining furniture.
The large swimming pool is surrounded by a great terrace with plenty of lounge and terrace furniture and sunbeds and a fantastic outdoor kitchen area with a sink, wine fridge and gas BBQ.
There is also the Roof Terrace with magnificent sea views, a bar area, sun loungers and outdoor seating.
There is central heating and aircon throughout the villa and SONOS speakers downstairs in the entertainment areas.
Villa Di Lusso offers luxurious holiday accommodation with endless entertainment options. Furthermore, it is in walking distance to the beach with a pedestrian foot bridge at the bottom of the road. On this beach there is the Opium Beach Club and Restaurant and Jet skis and other water sports’ equipment for hire.
A 5-minute car journey will get you to the La Cañada shopping centre and in 10 minutes you’ll be in the historical Old Town of Marbella.

The villa is spacious and well laid out.
It is for sale and the owner has clearly lost interest in it. Several of the electric blinds are jammed shut and the master bedroom door handle is broken. The crockery is chipped and there are not enough glasses. Many of the pool tiles are missing. The Just Rent Marbella rep, Marie, is the rudest most aggressive and unpleasant person I have ever had to deal with.

House was beautiful and well cleaned, but not even hand soap, you have to buy everything to stay, even wc paper or napkins.
Was a bummer that drains in shower are useless…they don’t drain and flood the floor in a minute, please let them know they have to fix this in a luxury house like Villa Lusso,

This was just the perfect Villa for our group of 3 families of 4 (kids aged 12-16). Great space indoor and out, amazing pool and good location. Close to beaches and around 1.5 miles walk to old town Marbella. Communication with rental company all great and our check in manager Marie was lovely and super helpful throughout our stay. Just a couple of issues preventing me from leaving 5 stars . Some tlc required as we had issues with some air conditioning units, outdoor furniture not usable it was so badly damaged, outdoor lighting not working on roof terrace, and a broken bedroom door which was eventually fixed on the Tuesday after checking in on Saturday. Overall though we thoroughly enjoyed staying in this villa . Would definitely recommend.

Ligt vlakbij Marbella, veel golftereinen in de buurt, rustige omgeving. Mooie villa en zeer goed onderhouden, goed ontvangen en ook het uitchecken verliep vlekkeloos . Komen zeker terug .
